He's been a well known comedian and actor in the UK for years. If you've ever seen the tv show Blackadder series' 3 and 4 you will see a different side to him.

I've been watching a little more TV lately...about 2 shows a week. The last 2 I sat through were "Close to Home" and "Numb3rs" (?I think thats how they spell it?). Close to Home was good for the kind of show it is...there seem to be so many crime/detective shows on nowadays. Numbers was pretty interesting, I always feel a little more educated after watching shows like that.:rolleyes:

Nah, it was alright. Jon Stewart was funny, just not as funny as he could've been...George Clooney and Phillip Seymour Hoffman picked up oscars which is pretty cool.

There was no big incident.

Now that I think about it, one thing that was really irritating was that they played music over everybody's acceptance.


I like to see what the host is going to say and do, also cool to see your fav. movies and/or actors win some stuff. Plus I've hardly ever run into an oscar nominated film I don't like, so while it might not always be the absolute best(which in just opinion anyway) I still find it interesting.

Now reading this responses, I'm kind of sad I missed it. I would've loved to see Shane O Mac jump off the ladder. BUtm I did get to see him live at Unforgiven 2003 jump off of the stage and through the ground where the spanish announcer's are (they never make it through a whole pay-per-view). Very true! I was also at a live event in the summer of 2004. It was a Smackdown! live event. It was pretty good. Except that the main event was supposed to be Eddie Guerrero vs. Kurt Angle, but for some reason, they replaced Eddie with Cena. I was pissed because 1.) I'm not much of a fan of Cena and 2.) I will never get to see Eddie Guerrero wrestle live (R.I.P.). It was still cool because when Angle lost, he demanded Tony Chimmel to announce him the winner (???). Instead, Chimmel low-blowed Angle, stunnered him, and then announce Cena as the winner again. The funniest thing happened afterwards when Angle asked us "Do you all agree with Chimmel?" And we all responded yes (even me). And then he said "Okay" and just walked away. Never thought I'd see that nor here those words come out of Angle's mouth.

I just watched the season finale of The Shield last night. Damn. The final twenty minutes of that episode were quite possibly the most powerful television I've ever seen. I literally had tears in my eyes by the end. Poor Lem.

And yes i like mafia movie's.So this show should kick ass!Oh yeah Anthony is preety cool.

Masters of Horror: Cigarette Burns

Wow. Just wow. I really didn't think that Carpenter had it in him anymore, but this short really proved me wrong. Great plot, great atmosphere and top notch performances from Norman Reedus and Udo Kier make this one a must see. Now I just have to hunt down my own copy of "Le Fin Absolue du Monde."

Masters of Horror: The Dreams in the Witch-House

I didn't think this one was quite as good as Cigarette Burns, but I was still pleased with it, especially with the grim ending. I don't think I've ever seen another film with the balls to kill a baby, especially just when you think the kid is saved.
