I saw it when I was pretty young, and all I can remember is that some guy in it thought he was like speed racer and he eventually dies. I also remember someone dies and it goes to a shot with a hand coming out of the ground. Does anyone know of this movie?

Hi all,

I'm looking for a movie, seen in the 80s but not shure of the age at that time... so it's the usual teenagers going where they shouldn't go, and finaly get catched and juged by an old king of sherif or juge ... it looked like in a big farm in the woods well that's all I remember, but I konw it was great!

sorry for my poor english.. ;-)

Thank anyway for any suggestion..

The plot sounds like "Nothing But Trouble".

But that was a comedy with no teenagers .

I have vague memories of a movie I saw when I was a young kid. You know, the kind of s*&t that traumatizes you. There's a detective investigating something, there's a deaf girl...(alotta help I know) the scene I remember is the detective locked in a big white room, maybe a church, and a bunch of female vampires are closing in on him. I think they showed a clip of it on a Bravo show a couple of years ago..Does it ring a bell? It's been driving me crazy for like 25 years.

My father has asked me to find a movie for him. I am not sure when it was made to I'll take stab and ask about it here. He tells me it was about a guy on a road trip across the U.S. All is going well when he meets up with a tanker truck. You see the trucker's arm out the window waving him ahead but as soon as the main chracter tries to pass another truck is coming the other way. For the rest of the movie the tanker driver tries to kill the guy in the car. It ends when they are racing across a field, the car makes a quick right and the tanker runs over a cliff and goes boom. I have not seen the movie myself but I hoped it might ring a bell with someone here.
Thanks a bunch for at least reading the vague description:)

What is the other 1970s movie about Gargoyles, not Gargoyles (1972)?

I haven't seen the film; this post is made up from others' posts who have.

On TV in the late 60's very early 70's.
Takes place in a small town with a school and several other buildings. Had a castle (or maybe it was actually a more modern gothic-style stone building).
During the day, the gargoyles were stone statues atop city buildings. When night fell they re-animated (alive, through animation), flying all around wreaking havoc on all humanity.

One of the gargoyle characters was polite with a timid personality. :D
The costumes/effects were awesome, not like masks.
ALL the gargoyles had wings, not just 2 adults.
They were fairly sympathetic characters, if I remember, kind of like Quasimodo in "the Hunchback of Notre Dame."

(If not confused with the other film) a scene has someone driving thorough the woods and a gargoyle jumps out and lands on the hood of the car. The car is driving at speed and you can here the gargoyle actually chase the car down on foot, jump on top of it, and proceed to beat the hell out of it

It's not the cartoon Gargolyles made in 90's.

I saw a movie a long time ago, maybe ten years or so, I remember it was the most horrific movie I had seen and still remember it as so.

the scenes i remember are one scene in what I think was a hotel room, on a very high floor, the man who was asleep in the room suddenly wakes up, and there was a hot girl lying next to him which he didnt know who was, he took a good look and eveything looked normal, then as he turns her over, the part lying downwards the bed was severely rotten and you could see the bone structure and the next thing i remember is that she threw him through the window, and down to a pool that was directly under the outside of the room, waaaaay down. he dies ofcourse.

this is the scene i think will ring a bell if any are rung, and do not mistake it with the "thinner" movie, cause that wasn't it! but she was a white female.

then the next thing is further into the movie, probably very near to the end, i can remember the girl (which i seem to remember was killed by the people she was killing) had a white dress, or maybe a wedding dress and then the people, or possible one man recognizes her and says her name, then after a short time, he gets killed. not much to go on, i have searched imdb after numerous keywords but no hits yet.
in norwegian the title was "gjenferdet" which means ghost or similar to that, but the movie was english spoken and the names translated to norwegian dont always have the same meaning as the real title.

hope someone out there knows the name of the movie!

I've been having a good time googling horror movies I remember seeing as a kid in the late 70's early 80's. Most, I can remember at least some of the title or bits of the plot, enough to find the movie. However, there are a couple I simply can't seem to find. I have vague memories of these 2 movies, and one I remember seeing a couple times. They were your staple "shown on cable TV once a year" variety. Anyway, in the first one, I remember a woman in her home being hypnotised or something by someone (her son maybe) who had no eyes, and she went in the kitchen and strated cutting her own fingers off with a kitchen knife. I think she had her hand on a cutting board even. I definately remember the "monster" had no eyes, and the fingers getting cut off. I think this same movie at one point showed some little people (midgets) with oversized needles. Yeah, I know, sounds weird. I have no idea how any of this ties it together, but I hope someone will remember this movie (or movies). Anyone??
Second one, I saw a couple times, at least. There was a crazy person, or monster who was kept tied up or locked in a barn maybe? One scene shows a woman and a man starting to get frisky in the barn, and this thing atttacks them. I don't remember if it kills them or what. The "monster" just kind of grunted I think. That's all I remember.
A third one I managed to find was Lemora the Lady Dracula. Weird flick that really used to scare the heck out of me. I remember the little girl hiding under the porch and looking up through the floor boards. I'd love to see that again as an adult.
Thanks.

One girl is white and one is black and the bikers eventually end up at the girls parents house .towards the end one of the killers shoots the father with a shotgun and kills the mother. i cannot find the name of it anywhere any assistance would be great.

The films is David DeFalco's much loved CHAOS (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0405977/).

It actually started life as a Last House remake with David Hess and Marc Sheffler from the original movie involved but they dropped out - mu guess is prolly because the directors seems to be such a cool guy...

MissRainbow saw Van Helsing, and I do believe that may have been the last one; I don't remember; it is REALLY GREAT!!! Anyway, does anyone know/remember an old film that was either 50's or 60's; all I remember from it was it is probably an alien monster; there was a nurse walking I think near the woods maybe; at night; this creature talks to her; "I NEED YOU TO HELP ME!" She says in fear, "YOUR FACE!" She runs in fear; the creature chases her; catches her; kills her; takes her face, her clothes, her identity, walks to the house a man lives; supposedly a victim of the monster the night before; asks the people, "YOU'VE BEEN EXPECTING ME?" They say, I think, "YES, HE'S IN HIS ROOM." The creature goes in to talk to the man; the man gets suspicious; somehow, he begins to believe that this nurse is the face/monster he saw last night; the creature says something about last night; the man pulls off the face somehow; the creature wants to kill the man; I think he did; the people in the house manage to kill the monster and they end it I think by saying something about "creatures like this." Does anyone have a clue??? Thank you; May Jesus Christ Guide Your Hearts; Jesus Loves You; He Died For You.

Hello,

I saw these movies in the '80ies (I was a pre-teen then) but I am sure that they are much, much older, probably from the sixties... I am not sure at all if they were horror movies, be warned and forgive me if they're off-topic, but the imagery from them I remember was ultimately horror related in all four...

o The first one was, (I am not sure which version) a version of the story of Sleepy Hollow. The unforgettable scene was when a mannequin without head and a candle instead of it is shown to somebody who freaks out...

o In this other movie there is this witch, and she is with a bottle in her hands, commanding demons to enter it...

o In this other one, there is a coven of witches, or this cult, and they're dressed like hippies and with hairdos of that period, and they are in the woods doing demon-summoning and some of the girls are put to lay (on a pentacle?) on the ground...

o And the most missed by me of these movies was one that I think had some plot similarity with Pet Sematary... at least in the end when the protagonist (was a physician?) loses his family for some reason, in the cemetery, and how climatic was this scene that I couldn't forget it, he goes out and out of uncontrollable rage starts to break the windows of the cars parked outside the cemetery.

Well, I think there are more like these I do not remember. Pertaining these, I would like to know, if you can help me, please? And I will fell elated and full of gratitude...

Thanking you in advance,

Nakula.

ELVIS - I thought CHAOS was ok but i think i'm the only person on Earth who doesn't hate it. The director comes across like a jerk too (not that would stop me liking a film)..

No where near as good as Edge of the Park - totally lacks the 'charm' that Hess brings to that.

In an underground lab. facility a genetic type experiment escapes and kills the staff. The killer looks like a rugged man with a sharp appendage [I think its his tongue] and he screams alot like he's in pain or just pissed off.
A company control fix-it type team comes in to try to capture him back or finally to kill him. In the end they think he is dead and they leave but he gets out and jumps on their van as they are leaving and they kill him again. The guy was a really vicious monster but it was that thing in his head that was unforgettable.

It's a potpourri of several different movies... not all of them of the horror genre, though; like T2 (Cameron, 1991) or the devil of the last part,s from Legend (Scott, 1985), but the part of crowds in hell at 3:45 belongs to Altered States (Russell, 1980).

Hey,

Saw this dodgy B grade sci-fi/horror movie back in the early or mid 90s (although it may have been made in the late 80s). What I remember is they are in either in space, maybe on a space station or a spaceship. There are several people in spacesuits, and some sort of creature which (I think) can take over their bodies by using a tentacle or arm up their back or their head (not dark side of the moon).

One scene I remember has two people trapped on either side of soundproof glass, another is this person in a large conduit or vent, and is pulled down by the creatures tentacle, and lastly one person is taken over by the creature and taps the person standing infront on the shoulder...I think.

For some reason I really want to see this movie again but have no idea what it is called. I've been searching through every horror film per year I can find but no avail.

Any ideas? Thanks

I need help with a movie. I saw it a couple of times when I was little, and I think it may have been made in the 70's and the story took place around late victorian maybe? It was about a scientist who had gotten attacked by a creature or something and he took its thumb? with him to his laboratory. He discovered that the flesh wasn't dying so he used it in an experiment with a monkey (I can't remember if the monkey was sick or actually dead), and the monkey seemed fine. So he used some on his own daughter who was ill (or dying) and she was fine again. The creature he took the piece from was also coming after him somehow. I kinda remember the ending being that the monkey started going crazy, trying to attack everyone, and the scientist went to get his daughter, but she was in a bar and started to attack a man there, clawing at his face. I really thought it was called The Creeping Flesh, but the plot said on imdb didn't really sound quite right. Am I misremembering the plot or is it a different movie?

I remember seeing a film when I was a kid (early 80's), and from what I remember, at the end, a cleaning woman walks into a dark damp cell of a room and turns on the light by pulling a string, and as soon as she does this a severed head falls from the ceiling into her mop bucket; would anyone happen to know what this film would be called, it would be highly appreciated and my dad would love to know the movie's title also.

Right, i saw a horror one time on television and forgot what it was called....

All i can remember is some guys turning an elevator off, and then a man walked into the elevator shaft, and walked down to the elevator, opened the hatch and looked inside, and there was a really old, wrinkled woman with wirey hair , like a witch, who proceeded to rip the old style elevator apart and i think killed the guy?

Anyone got any ideas? Cheers

Hi. I saw a movie a long time ago (1993? somewhere mid 90s if im right)
Its about a boy getting a new game. It seems to be about hypnotizing the player, so he plays the game in the sleep. he tries it, but a day later he finds out that a neighbour was murdered.
With the help of his neighbour, a girl he has a crush on, he tries to figure out if the game makes him murder people for real or not.

I think i recall the name of movie to be the same as the games name.

Please help me. Im getting desperate to this movie again, i really loved it.

I just caught Scary Movie II last night, coming home from a party. I'm not sure if I was drunk out of my mind, but I felt like the whole movie was a "parody" of some lame horror flick.

Plot: Some people in an old building, one female somehow has a link/contact/whatever to a doctor or something that lived there, who tortured a bunch of kids.

Any ideas as to the title?

Does anyone know anymore werewolf films-very old, or new/modern that may, or may not be similar to The Howling, or whatever? Was there ever a silent film of werewolves? I know they made a lot of werewolf films; I never saw the Wolfman VS. The Frankenstein Monster. Also, what is The Phantom Of The Opera/Metropolis all about? I never heard of that one. Thank you.
How was Everyone's Easter?
By the way, did they ever make a film about The wolfman/werewolf meets the Phantom of the Opera? Sounds kind of cool, does'nt it? Thank you.

Metropolis and Phantom of the Opera are separate movies that were being asked about in the same thread. There is no crossover, although it would be kind of cool.

Okay so I remember this horror movie from when I was a kid. I think they used to show it every Halloween. I have been looking for this movie for years and can not come up with it. HELP ME OUT! From what I remember it was an eighty's, possibly late seventy's haunted house type movie. There is one part where a guy leaves the rest of the group to "take a leak" and ends up being killed by some giant "spider-woman". Another part which may be the end was when a lady and her son got out of the house and into their car to leave and ended up driving into some ditch in the driveway. That's really all I can remember. I just remember I really liked the movie and would like to see it again. Anyone know what the hell I'm talking about?

Hi, havent been here in a long long time.

I remember there was a film I only seen about 3 minutes of,, it looked like it was from the 70s-80s and the standout memory was of a girl who was maybe in her teens or twenties and she was lying awake in a bed and staring up at the ceiling and a REAL SPIDER lowers into her mouth and falls in.
It was pretty striking and I remember the colors having an almost Susperia vibe.

I'd really like to know what it was.

I'm looking for a movie that I saw 2-3 years ago. It contained a scene that made me jump and made my heart pound like no other. It was a j-horror film I believe but I'm not completely sure. All I remember what this lady was sitting in a room with another guy, I wanna say she was painting during this scene but I can't be sure. Anyways something along the lines of a lady...possibly a guy in the corner appears saying something about sitting in his/her chair. Maybe says why are you sitting in my chair...something like that. He/She repeated the saying and out of know where it got extremely loud and something happened, can't remember. All I know is my sound was blasting and I never jumped so hard in my life, almost felt like I got whiplash. This scene sound familiar at all?

Hey guys,

Wondered if anyone can help me find the name of an old 70s or 80s horror film I saw years ago. I only have minimal recollections of the film, but remember it was great and for years I have wondered what it was called so I could see it again. From what I can remember, the whole film was a guy being chased by someone who was trying to kill him, can't remember if it was a monster/creature or a mad person (!), but I remember one scene he was driving through the desert and went into a cafe place and the thing chasing him appeared again... that's pretty much all I can remember about the film, except it was really scary and you were desperate for him to escape from this thing/person for the whole film... sorry I am so vague! It was probably 70s era, maybe 80s... thanks so much for any help!

It wasn't 'Duel' by Steven Spielberg either in case you're wondering! You actually saw the person chasing him, just can't remember if it was a freaky creature type thing or a mad person!

It was from the late nineties or early 2000's. The plot is: a policeman dies and goes to hell. A bunch of condemned souls escape from hell. The devil makes a deal with the policeman: if he can track down and return all the escaped souls, the devil will return him to life.

Hello everyone,

I much enjoy off the wall horror films and even managed to set all the way through "monster man". Last summer I had my gallbladder out and ,bewteen the sugery and vicodin, managed to catch parts of a film I would like to watch. Again remember Vicodin and surgery so i was in and out for the entire thing. The first part I caught was a young man who couldnt take the main road so he was going to take a mountain pass. He ends up running into another vehicle with 3 or 4 other people and they all become stranded. Then it gets wierd, they end up getting chased by some(3 i think) troll like people in the forrest. I remember at one point they were in a junk yard and one of the trolls shoots of the stranded people with a bow and arrow. I also caught part of it when they climbed a wooden tower which the trolls set fire so they went climbing throught he nearby pine trees. Thats were I fell asleep. Teh trolls which I speak of were actually deformed human creatures. I know its a long shot but thanks in advance for any help!

Hi everybody!

I am turning to this forum since i am in search for the name of a movie me and a friend watched around 2007. We do not remember the title of the movie, nor the actors name, nor the characters names.

I do remember part of the storyline, and hope taht one of you horror movie buffs can help me to finally name that movie (tryign to figure out that name for a while now).

As i said, we watched the movie around 2007, and it is about a man and a woman tryign to get a cab ride to a town, where nobody would bring them. After trying several cabs they finally find somebody who would bring them to that town, but not to their destination. He dropped them of and they had to walk / find their destination on their own (I believe they both got a invitation from a friend and where supposed to meet him there).

After this my memory gets a little blurry, but the rest of the movie contains a gateway to evil in a lawn located behind some hedges, a evil cat with only one eye, or one grigth green eye, and a tunnel, where the woman is facing evil in form of her male companion, who got killed earlier in the movie.

Sorry guys and girls, this is all i remember.... Hopefully it is enough information to name this movie!

Thanks in advance....

O-k, I've got one.

I am looking for a title. It is an Universal movie I saw many years back, maybe more recent than old. This is all I remember.

1. There was a man who had two worms crawling across his forehead. As he did, he was standing tall with his mouth closed.

2. The man might have been a zombie, since he had a few holes on his forehead. He could also have been a vampire, but he was definitely human-like. Maybe he was a clone or scientific experiment or something, but he was definitely a monster of some sort. Additionally, I could be wrong about this, but I think the guy did not have any hair on his head.

3. The man was blue, but it is not from "Land of the Dead" or the early "Dawn of the Dead."

That is all I remember. I asked this on another board, and here are movies that other considered, but I doubt they have this clip:

"Night of the Creeps"
"Slither"
"House II: the Second Story"
"From Beyond"
"Squirm"

Here are some I have considered:

"Doom"
"The Mummy Returns"

Can anyone please help? Thanks.

Hi Folks.

I am once again searching for a specific horror movie whose name I can't recall. I saw this a few years back, I'd say in the last five years, it was on telly. It was set during a war, I think it was World War 2. In it, a group of soldiers come upon a bunker and find one German soldier (or Russian, not sure), left alive. They take him captive but he starts to talk of the bunker being haunted.

There is one scene in particular which I recall. The German/Russian solder is taken out of the bunker into the battle field by another enraged soldier and suddenly all this barb wire flies up from the ground and rips through the friendly soldier killing him. Afterwards a brave soldier goes out and brings the German/Russian soldier back to the bunker.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!SPOILER!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The end of the movie is that the German/Russian soldier is in fact a deamon/ghost out to test the soldier to see who'll just beat on the enemy and who'll obide by the rules of war and just take him prisoner.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!END OF SPOILER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Does anyone know the name of this movie? I thought it was called "The Bunker" but when I did a search for that on Amazon.co.uk I did indeed find a movie by that name but it is a different horror movie, and a pretty crap one at that. This movie I'm looking for had really good state of the art special effects, it was modern, and it had a great story.

Does anyone not know what I am talking about? Here are all the things I remember.

1. Guy has holes in his forehead, so maybe he was a zombie. If he was a blue one, I do not know, it just looked that way when I watched it.

2. The clip is from an Universal horror movie.

3. The guy has what I believe to be two worms on his forehead, they might be dead, I do not know, but I think they are alive. He might have more along his entire face, but the two that mostly stick out are the two he has on his forehead.

4. The guy has a big bump on his left cheek.

It is not from:
"Doom"
"Slither"
"Night of the Creeps"
"House II: the Second Story"
"Pet Sematary"
"Squirm"
"From Beyond"
Any of the movies of the recent "the Mummy" trilogy

Does no one know what I am talking about?

Could it be..... "IT"??

Don't get upset because no one answered your question. It's not anyone's job here to answer every movie inquiry that's posted. If someone knows what it is, I'm sure they'll answer you. If no one seemed to address it, then be patient and post it again later.

too vague a description.....might be a zombie, might be blue, maybe worms on face.

(Sarcastically) I know way too vague, a clip of a man standing upright looking towards the camera, who happens to have holes on his forehead (hence the zombie association), moles and a big bump on his left cheek, and worms crawling across his forehead. The man also seems bluish colored, the man also looks human-like, and hey, it is from an Universal thriller or horror movie. It does not get any more vague than that.

Maybe if you see pictures of this clip that I found from an old VHS tape, you will recognize it. I cannot find the VHS tape, unfortunately, so I cannot remember the title, but I was recording horror marathons back then. I did not buy my first DVD until late 2002 believe it or not.

Looks like Michael Myers. Jason maybe.

horrorman
05-31-2009, 06:49 PM
So many people suggested that the face of the man is the face of Michael Myers, but it is not. "Halloween II" is Universal, and "Halloween III: Season of the Witch" is Universal, but the latter does not even have Michael Myers in it, and "Halloween II" does not have that clip. Maybe it was edited out of it for some reason. Anyway, if it is not "Halloween II", and it is Michael Myers, then maybe it is a clip from a "Halloween" sequel, it is not the first "Halloween" or the "Halloween" remake, but there definitely looks as if there are worms crawling across the man's forehead, so maybe a clip like this was included in a "Halloween" sequel. Did any of you saw all of them by any chance?

Additionally, none of the "Friday the 13th" movies are Universal, either, but maybe Universal distributed one or two from the series. Can anyone confirm that? Thanks.

Then the next time you will have a question, I will not be considerate enough to give you an answer. I asked all around to identify that movie, and while no one knows, I tried so desperately to find the title by myself. Now, if you are not polite enough to respond, I will continue my search elsewhere. I will find this title, with or without your help, so if you still do not wish to help me, then by all means do not help me, but if you can find deep within yourself to forgive me, then please help me with this. I am that desperate, I will do anything (within reason) you want me to, I know, I am pathetic, but I tried to so hard to find out what this movie is, I am not going to back down now, and what a shame it is, because I love this site so much, and I think all you guys are awesome. I do not use this site just to ask things. I tried to answer things for others. I will give you an example. In the "site suggestions" forum, there is a game called, "what movie is this picture from", and someone posted a picture of a woman tangled in something that resembles that of a spider-web. I tried to post with what I thought was the answer. In that same forum, there is a forum called, "do you need help with with the title of a horror movie, book, or series? bring it here." Someone asked a question asking about a certain movie, so I tried to give an answer. I also gave an opinion to the post regarding the old made-for-TV movie, "Le Manoir du diable" (1896). Therefore, I am not trying to brag about this, but I am just trying to give you examples and proof that not everything I do on this entire forum is to ask questions about a certain movie. It is true, I acted childish when someone would not answer my question about a movie that has a clip featuring worms crawling across the forehead of a man, and I am sorry about that, I really am, but I just figured that if you guys are also devoted horror fans, you might know the answer, but hey, I am sorry, if you do not know the movie, then you do not know the movie, but I expected better from a site created for the most devoted horror fanatics. I guess I was just expecting too much.

Come on, do I deserve that? You know if you guys had a question, I would be polite enough to answer as best as I possibly could just to help you guys out, even if just a random guess, a random guess is better than nothing after all. I do not mean to be such a dick, and I am sorry I am acting like one, but seriously, if you do not know, then just say that, instead of just leaving me hanging, but if you do, or you at least have a guess of what it could be, then suggest it. It is that simple.

Additionally, I know I did not dream this. If I did, why was I able to paste a link of the clip (two links, actually, but they are the same clip, but just different close up shots, that's all)? It is from an actual movie, and I know someone knows this, and if Newb still wants to act childish and refuse to give me the title of the movie, when he said he knows it, then someone else has to.

There is really nothing more I can say, I am done asking. If you want to help me out, then help me out. If you do not, I will just have to ask elsewhere. I am going to find out the title of this film (and the other films I am trying to identify) with or without your help. Do you really want to make it that harder for a fellow horror fan? Think about it, and hey consider this, maybe you guys could be heroes. Would you love that? I would.

Because I was the one who posted the images as photo-bucket files. I originally got from the Universal Horror Make-up Show (a show located at the Universal Studios theme park in Orlando, Florida). The Universal Horror Make-up Show has a thing at the beginning of their show, of where they show a montage of clips from Universal's legacy of horror, though some of the movies are from non-horror movies, though have horrific elements. (Yes I contacted Universal Studios, but they never replied)

And, who are you calling troll, zombie?

Also, if you have nothing nice to say, then do not say anything at all, and see if I help you with a question next time around, jerk.

Elvis_Christ, I am sorry I called you a zombie, I know this might be very frustrating for all of you, but I am not doing this on purpose, please believe me. Everyone else, I am sorry I bothered asking to identify another title. I will stop bothering you guys now with trying to find these stupid titles. If you not know, you just do not know. First film is an 80s horror. The scene i remember was a mans body hanging infront of a Cinema screen(Drive in), and i think the spirits(character) name was Ruby. Also i remember Ruby was female dressed in a red dress.

Second film again is an 80s film. All i can remember was the Main character was a Male scientist. The scene's i remember was when he injected a white lab rat with something which made it grow huge in size. I think the character was researching some sort of growth drug. Another scene the character was dreaming, and in the dream he was getting down and dirty with a lady in he's lab. I think he must of dreamt he injected himself with this growth drug as he grew in size and consequently the poor lady had to suffer(If you catch my drift).

Any help would be great.

First film is an 80s horror. The scene i remember was a mans body hanging infront of a Cinema screen(Drive in), and i think the spirits(character) name was Ruby. Also i remember Ruby was female dressed in a red dress.

Any help would be great.

:D

hmmm....RUBY [1977]

hi guys, I saw this horror movie when I was younger and cant remember the name of it, its probably a stupid movie but still curious what its called, the plot is about this vile this man was selling to an old woman to make her young but warned her never to put it in sunlight that it always must be kept in the darkness or something, then when she paid a million for the stuff, she accidentally kept it on her dresser which exposed it to direct sunlight, she rush upstairs due to her horrible family only wanting her dead so they can get her house and whatever else she took the stuff hoping to be young and her horrible family cant claim anything, it killed her almost instantly and after the will is read(apparently the family altrered the will b/c the one granddaughter that's been living with the grandmother gets absolutely nothing), the grandmother rises from the dead as demon like and little by little, slowly kills each and every person her her family in a horrible dreadful way as revenge, any help? thanks in advance

Sounds a bit like Rejuvenatrix and the theme has been used a bunch in those anthology style shows like Tales From The Crypt.

The thing seen with the man in the picture looks like a combination between a fish (maybe eel)l, a snake, and an eagle. I do not know what it could be from, though, but the first two movies that sprung to mind were "Sssss" and "Night of the Eagle", but I am wrong on both.

I do not mean to ignore the latest person's film question, but I just remembered something. Was there a maggot zombie scene in "the Fog" (the earlier one)? It has been a very long time since I last saw that film, but I think there was a scene like this. There were also various scenes of bugs crawling out of the heads of kids in "Halloween III: Season of the Witch", so that might be what I am looking for, in response to my trying to find the movie that has a clip featuring worms seen on a guy's forehead. However, I do not remember any scenes where bugs come out of a man's head, but I could be wrong. Also, I emailed Universal asking about this title, and a few others, so I might get a reply very soon.

And to Daniel11, I made a mistake the thing seen in your picture was not an eagle, it is an owl, my mistake sorry.

Hi!
I am looking for a movie (guess what..). Can anyone help me please?

It is probably from the 70/80s. It was not really a splattery movie but was somehow disturbing. Only details I can remember is that it was about two kids (probably brother and sister) that had some strange parents or uncle/aunt and they where this scene of them living under ground (like under their home in a dug basement). The scene was somehow disturbing cause if i dont remember wrong it involved the two parents/relatives actually eating human flesh or something similar.. and the two kids trying to escape..
Sorry for being so vague, but it's what I remember, i was a kid and saw the movie about 17 years ago ...
thanks for the crazy maniac that figures out something...

I think what you are looking for is "the people under the stairs." Does this seem correct?

Are you sure? "The people under the stairs" is actually from 1991, and the couple are not the parents of the kids. Look it up on IMDB, and get it back to me. It might be what you are looking for.

Angra, I do not know how you mean this, but if you meant it as a sneering comment, than lay off, I was just trying to help, but if you meant this sincerely because it might be what you are looking for, then I am glad I could be of help, but in either case, do let me know if this is the film you are asking about, because I am curious, too.

Spend some time looking for the title of this movie online, but can't seem to find it so hopefully someone will help me out here.

Okay, so I saw this movie years ago and I can only give a short description of what I still remember (no big surprise there I reckon).
I believe the movie was actually split up in two stories, in one some creature/monster was locked up in someone's private lab. The scientist who'd done that was all secretive about it and his colleague (or something) got curious and snooped around, suddenly hearing some child crying/asking for help inside some container. Turned out that this was the monster and he helped it to get out without knowing. Not sure what happened next.

The second story was about a man who was in love with some woman, but she couldn't stand him and he figured it was his looks. So he cuts off his hair/nose/ears and lips too I think and starts killing people seeking replacements and "improve" himself. I vividly recall him paying a visit to his object of desire wearing a hat and scarf and telling her he's about to have a fresh start while removing the head first and then the scarf..

Now in the end I think these two stories come together somehow, but it's a bit fuzzy.

Any help with the title is highly appreciated.
