Hello,
I am looking for the title of a movie that I think was produced in the 1980's. It was about a supposedly normal person who is compelled to take a trip to an unknown destination. I think his name is Gideon. When he reaches his destination, a cave, I think, he finds a large group of monsters that are hiding out from the human race. He also finds out that he too is a monster. I was thinking the movie had a title such as the breed or something like that.
Does anyone have an idea of which movie I speak?
Thanks
The place where the monsters reside is called Midian....the movie is NIGHTBREED

So my friend and I were talking about Halloween specials and we can't, for the life of us, remember the name of this show.
Basically... or...how we remember it...
A group of kids come across an old house, there is a pumpkin tree. They are trying to find their (dead?) friend and in the process are introduced to fall celebrations all across the world.
..there is an old creepy dude...
a witch maybe...
It's bugging the hell out of us.

years ago, I read a book where a woman survived a plane crash but was hunted by entities that tried to take her life. at one point, she and her husband were "locked" in a burning house. the inhabited body was doing something to burn the house down. The house had a big windowed skylight. When the novel ended, she was pregnant although the book gave the impression that she would still be targeted for death.
Can anyone help?
I know that this was named The ???? with the other word like The Gloaming, or something like that.

Ok, I really hope you guys can help me. I am looking for the name of a movie that I watched like years ago. As far as I remember it is about this Banshee - like witch who is wearing a mask (I think), kinda like the Phantom of the Opera and she can only attak in the dark or when you look into her eyes. Light and fire scare her or make her vulnerable. At some point in the movie she is in this little boys room and he saves himself by simply turning the light on. In the end they burn her in a big fire in like a lighthouse or something.
If one of you knows that movie that would be awesome :).
Oh and if you also know a movie with a shark who transforms into a kind of shark - human mix and starts walking around and eat people on the land, sits in a tree and is some sort of a military experiment feel free to post the name of this movie as well :).
Thanks a lot,
Jane

I can't think of a title for a film.
In the movie a cute blonde drives to a cabin in the woods. I believe it is snowy. Throughout the film, these lizard creatures attack her. This guy who tries to act like Bruce Campbell does his best to save her. There is this scene in a hardware store where the guy has to either pull one of the lizards out of his arm or the ladies arm. I think it is the ladies arm but I'm not sure. It has been a while. All I remember is the guy is a moron and the film is quite dumb. But I have been haunted by this film for a while now and am hoping one of you will be able to help. The movie has been on the Syfy Channel every so often.
Thanks.

I have a movie that I forgot the name too. I doubt anyone will be able to help me with this since my memory is very vague and it's not to specific.
I think it was one of the "tales from the cript" movies where there's a bunch of mini horror stories in the film.
Basically the mini story was about a genie, and how people who rubbed the lamp would get killed by the genie. I remember this one scene of a father running away from the genie and how the genie was chasing him. Then the father run's into a facility where each room had concrete walls so he thought he was safe. Then the genie starts to break through the walls very fast! Eventually he catches up to him and kills him.
Forgot the name of the movie lol

Wish You Were Here (The Haunt of Fear #22, November-December 1953), is a variation on W. W. Jacobs' famed short story "The Monkey's Paw." Businessman Ralph Jason (Richard Greene) is close to financial ruin. His wife Enid (Barbara Murray) discovers a Chinese figurine and wishes for a fortune. Ralph is killed on the way to his lawyer's office, the lawyer then advising Enid she will inherit a fortune from her deceased husband's life insurance plan. She uses her second wish to bring him back to the way he was just before the accident but learns that his death was due to a heart attack (caused by fright when he sees the figure of 'death' following him on a motorcycle). When she once again wishes for him to be brought back to life, wishing 'I just want him alive NOW, alive forever' she finds she has trapped him in eternal pain because his body had been embalmed.

I need help with the name of a movie I cant really remember anything about. I saw it on the creature feature on kbsi (fox 23) about 1989 or 90 but its a 70's movie I think. Its a supernatural ghost haunted house type flick, in color. The only thing I really remember is a family staying at a mansion, dont remember if they bought it or on vacation or why they were there but the gramdma was with them and she was psychic or something. Anyway the only scene I remember, the family is out back and there is an old empty in ground pool, the dad gets the old pool pump working to fill it and while he's doing that the grandma or daughter sees an old lady in the attic window. They all get spooked and go to the attic to see whats up there and there might have been a scene where the grandma is in a rocking chair in a trance or something like that. Thats all I remember. Dont even know if what I remember is accurate but I remember it was one of the few films that made the hair on the back of your neck stand up.
Props to anyone that can get this one.

I saw a part of this movie about 5 years ago. I could have confused the plot or filled in the mising pieces subconciously so bare with me.
It may be a feature film (i'm pretty sure it is) but it could have also been a short on a compilation featuring new asian horror directors. I don't remember if it was Korean or Japanese or whatever but I think it was Japanese.
The story was about a young woman, early twenties, who found out that she was pregnant. This was unplanned and maybe her boyfriend had left her. I can't remember but the character didn't have anyone and was very lonely. She was not joyful about the pregnancy.
If I remember correctly she was seeing ghosts, you know the obvious creepy people with big eyes and hair in their face. I don't remember if there were multiple ghosts because I can only picture one ghost who was also a young woman. The scene I remember specifically - the woman was standing on a crowded subway platform and the ghost appeared behind her. I also vaguely remember her seeing a ghost at a doctor's appointment.
The gist of the story was that the woman believed that the ghosts were out to kill her baby but in fact they were souls that were following her because they were waiting to be reborn.
I have been trying to track down this movie forever. Please help!

WARNING! Spoilers approaching. DANGER, Will you hear. WARNING! WARNING!
THE GUARDIAN [1990] did have a chick intending to sacrifice someone to a tree - but not an adult. So, in a sense, to make it grow. One tree. But a huge mother figure of a bitch.
Also, some bad guys harassing her were "sacrificed" by the tree in spectacular and gorious fashion.

I'm not sure how old it is, or if this is enough detail, I watched it as a kid, but want to reaquaint myself with it. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi all,
First time poster, long time lurker. Really enjoy the site.
Anyhoo, I saw a movie a year or so ago and am now at the point where I want to purchase it, if only I could remember what the hell it was called.
The clues:
It was an asian film. I believe it contained multiple stories. The one I remember the most, and the most scary was a ghost (and old woman I think) who chases down these teenage girls because she wants to steal their jewelry. There is a fantastic scene involving a stairway and an elevator and I just *have* to see this movie again.
Thank you a ton for any help, as multiple Google searches with crazy queries have failed me.

Found it. It's Japanese Horror Anthology: Legends. The section called She-Bear.

I'm looking for the title of a movie I saw on TV as a kid (in the late 1970's) I can only recall a few scenes... I think it involved a murderer who made wax figures of his victims (but this part is unclear to me).
What I do remember, is a peculiar scene where a woman is laying on a couch, unconscious. A young man sees her and removes her panties. He then wrote a message like "f*ck me" on a piece of paper and place it next to her (was it on her chest or on a table next to her?).
The movie was in color, and the style was more of the 1970's... So it could not be "A Bucket of Blood".
I hope this rings a bell!
Please let me know!
Thanks.

I saw it in my childhood - probably from the 50's or 60's - don't know if Roger Corman was involved, as this movie had a "Poe-esque" aura about it. One scene involved an ugly old woman who was in her deathbed. I think she may have had an expensive piece of jewelry on her person (ring?), and after she passed away, the doctor (or attendants who were in the room) closed her eyes. Someone then looted the piece of jewelry - later on, when someone came back to the room, here eyes were wide open again, but she was still dead. I don't think this was Trilogy of Terror, but something else. Can't recall if Vincent Price was acting in this one. Many thanks in advance to you who might know!

Not sure if this was a Roger Corman movie or not - possible "Tales of Terror"? I saw it in my childhood - 1960's. One of the parts of this involved a grizzled old woman on her deathbed, with an expensive piece of jewelry on her person (ring?). Eventually she dies (or maybe even is already dead), and the attendants in the room close her eyes. Then, someone removes the jewelry, only hours later to find, that her eyes had opened back up while still in the (death)bed. It scared the crap out of me!

Got it. Thanks. "The drop of water" story - now I remember it a little more vividly. There was a fly involved on this woman's finger. I'm sure I saw the American version - the spooky version vs. the Italian (non-supernatural) version. I may not be worthy, but at least it wasn't an obvious Roger Corman movie that featured Vincent Price ;)

It has driven me crazy a number of times over the years trying to track down the name of this film I saw when I was younger. I am guessing it is from 91-95 and probably indy/not too notable. It starts with someone driving home who almost hits a dark cloaked figure in the road, and comes home to find their teenager murdered on a couch. There are jars of liquid and preserved body parts throughout the film. I think the climax has to do with some sort of Noah's Ark but filled with corpses and taxidermy animals and I think there is a crucified Jesus figure.
Thanks!

I`ve been trying to find the title of a pretty twisted, (maybe not a horror, but still a disturbing flick) movie i saw a couple of years back. I think the title is something like : mountain of god, gods mountain, golden mountain or something (yes i have googled it many times) .
The movie starts with a crucifiction of some guy, later the protagonist goes to heaven, where god ask him if he wants gold, and if he wants gold he must shit in a glass flask. He does, and gold he gets =D
Didnt see the movie trough and its some years back so i may have gotten something wrong. I do belive the name of the director was italian or spanish.
As i sayd earlier, the movie is kinda sick/special so i guess that anyone who have seen this film may recognize something here :p

A close friend of mine, who is not easily scared, recently watched a movie that he claims was so scary that he said "i am doing you a favor by not telling you the name." He knows I am up for the challenge, which is why he wont tell me. I NEED to find out the name of this movie.
Here is everything I was able to peel off him:
It came out within the past 10 years
It is not a major hollywood movie
It deals with paranormal type stuff
Follows a "based on a true story" format
It is not gory and kind of low budget
Deals with situations where the odds are so against the characters that there is no hope and no possible route for escape.
It is probably Japanese or American.
It might be "found footage"
I thought it might be "Paranormal Entity" but it is not.
I wish I had more to go on, this is not going to get very far...
I guess we can start with what movies scared the hell out of you that fit this criteria.
Could be Paranormal Activity, I guess. I didn't find it very scary, but your friend may have.

Doesn't fit the 10 year bracket (came out in '98), but otherwise sounds like it could be The Last Broadcast, perhaps?

[REC] would be another outside possibility...doesn't fit perfectly though.

Hi fellow horror fans,
I am brand new to this forum and am a huge horror fan. I have watched many great classic films from the 80s (From Beyond, Fright Night, Creepshow, Return of the Living Dead, House, etc.) but something has been bugging me. For the longest time, I have been trying to find out what movie I watched back in the 80s when I was a child. It gave me the creeps because I was so young, but I can't remember the title, just the scenes that stick out in my mind. I tried google but couldn't use any keywords to find the answer.
What I remember in the 1st movie in question is a scene where there is a indoor pool with some creature in it. There was steam I think coming out but whoever falls in gets eaten or attacked. The second scene I remember is a bit odd but involved a bed that shows several heads and they are talking to each other. There's a blanket covering the neck down but when the blanket is removed, it shows that the body is gone and the heads are decapitated but they still are able to talk to each other. That really creeped me out but now I can't remember what movie it was. Does anyone know? If so, that would be amazing.
2nd film I saw years ago that involves a space creature that lands on earth and bites the head off of humans and controls the body. I think this is easier to identify, anyone know?
Thanks so much in advance!!! :)

Hey gang,
hope you can help with this (sorry it's a bit vague)
I remember seeing this horror on (UK) tv in the late 80s/early 90s. Basically a family moved to a house that was situated next to the 'gateway to hell' (I believe there was a cellar trapdoor outside the house that was the entrance).
There was also a shed outside with some creepy jars. I can't remember exactly but I think they glowed or something and it was just a creepy scene.
The film ended with the family driving away from the awful house, with the young boy looking out the back window in distress at the house. I don't think anyone died in the film.
OK sorry that was so patchy, but it's all I can think of. It really left an impression on me all these years.
Any ideas? Cheers...

Hello,
I am trying to remember the name of a horror film from the late 70s. The plot is about a small figurine that looks African, that came with a letter of instructions, and if you move the collar on the figures neck the figure comes alive and chases people around...I saw the film in the 70s and I even remember seeing the figure in display at universal studios but I can't remember the film's name...
Thank you

Ever since I was a little kid, I remember seeing this horror movie. I'll put what I remember.
There was a scene with a parking deck, and this man and woman were running from decomposing skeletons and demons, and the guys screams,"what do you want from us" and one of the demons appears in a old late 70's sedan and say"YOU" and the car starts and just barely misses him.
The other scene is they are in a generator room and he has an axe, they are trying to find the main swithc to turn on the mechanics and lectricity to get out, but in the process the guy sees a white sheet by the main switch, laying on the table, he's to it, pulls it off the table, and the demons laying underneath it and laughs at him, the guy is so scared he drops the axe and the lady and him both run like hell.
If I remember right the ending of the movie is them on the very top of the building, not the roof, on of them window cleaning platforms. And there's a police helicopeter a little bit away.
If somebody could help me name this the movie in question, that would be incredible, thanks!

Hi, I am wrecking my brains trying to remember the title of a horror flick I watched as a kid. It was made in the early 80s, or possibly very late 70s. The finale featured an underground tomb hidden under a house. Several fleeting scenes are etched in my mind - a swamp of bees crashing through a window, the hero and heroine holding a gigantic cross, and the soundtrack resembled a disco tune by Dollar. I know the descriptions hardly help, but perhaps some horror fan can help solve this mystery for me. THanks a million in advance. Regards, Simon (Hong Kong)

 Need help finding out what these two memories are all about...
First one was a TV Horror-type Series similar to Tales from the Darkside or something like that. Three kids discover a leprecaun or something that grants them wishes. One of the wishes was to have all the money in the world, which he got literally...no one else on earth had any money anymore...he was disapointed to discover all of the different colors on the money, making it useless to him (being american, lol) The other wish i remember was one of them wanting x-ray vision...which went wrong.
The other movie was probably early 70's Horror...i only remember 2 or 3 scenes. 2 were in a swamp. this fat guy was wading through the swamp, and a zombie(-ish) thing was following him. When he turned and saw it, it grabbed him and slowly leaned him backwards into the water. the other scene, i just remember someone was staring into a shallow grave under water with a corpse-type thing in it. The only other thing i remember was two guys in a hallway of some building discussing the problem with these things.
That last one is EXTREMELY important, as it has been bothering me for decades, lol.

Hi there
I've been trying to find the name of the horror film which I saw years and years ago and I'm starting to think I must have dreamt this as I cannot find details of it anywhere.
Basically, from what I can remember, it was about some people who got stuck between past and present and these things arrive to eat up the past, then sort of munch through stuff and leave it black afterwards. It's a bit craxy and I just want to know if anyone knows what film I am talking about - because so far, no one has been able to helo
Thanks very much

Hi...
I hope somebody can help me...I am looking for a book I read when I was younger...It"s about a teenage girl. Her mother remarries, she get"s a new stepsister...than somehow a ghost of a girl (somehow related to the main character) appers...she died in a fire in an old factory a long time ago, along with a number of other children working there...and the man, who closed the door of the roome they were in, was not only the owner of the factory, but also her father...she fights with her stepsister and in the end they both die in the fire in the same building, that the ghost gil died in...The book was in English, the cover was something red...and that"s all I remember...It really was a long time ago...but I would LOVE to read it again...I really hope somebody here can help me find it!!!

I'm really digging back on this one and don't have very many clues for you guys. The last time I saw this movie was when I was about 6 or 7 years old. It had to have been from the 80's.
Basically all I remember seems to be the climax. Some guy is flying through a cemetary in a truck or car and is running down corpses coming up out of the ground. It seems there was a whole underground city of the dead in tunnels living under the cemetary. At one point I believe the guys girlfriend or something got kidnapped by the corpses and was taken underground into the tunnels. I believe he wrecks his vehicle in the cemetary, gets out and goes into the tunnels to get her.
Does this ring a bell for anyone?
I'd love to know the title of the movie. It's just one of those movies I've never ran across again.

Wow... after watching the preview, that could've totally been it.
Can you recall if the guy wrecks his car in the graveyard? Is there a pretty big battle between the survivors and the undead?
Thanks for the tip. I'm going to buy the movie regardless. It looks pretty solid.

This is a picture from Sad-Keanu.com. It's a site that photoshops Keanu Reeves into other pictures, so just ignore his presence. He's not supposed to be in this picture.

Hey peeps,
when i was a kid, I remember seeing on tv a show or movie containing the following scene:
a couple are on a slide in a funhouse i think, and sliding really fast and are terrified, at the bottom of the slide someone has closed a gate/grill, and they are hurtling straight towards it. I think they die (or it might just have been the one person)
I looked up the IMDB of The Funhouse, but I can't tell if that's it. I'd really appreciate if this sounds familiar to anyone - surely such a 'slide of death' scene must be fairly original death scene. Then again, it may have been a tv series...

Well, I'd say so.. anyhow, the problem is that the only thing I can remember are these two obese and somewhat grotesque twins that have this issue that when twin number one gets hurt then twin number 2 feels it too. And vice versa. Would be nice if anyone knew what I'm talking about.

I do not know the name of the evil twin movie (I do not think it was "Dead Ringers") or the funhouse (are you sure it is not "the Funhouse"?), but I have a question myself.
I saw this episode of the TV sitcom, "Poltergeist: the Legacy", many years back, and I never found out the name of it. I cannot remember much of the episode, but there was one scene I mostly liked and could only remember. There is a day scene shot in a laboratory, where an evil magician conjures up invisible evil wasps from a sink. He sends the wasps out the window to sting a man, who is seen with a woman (the man is around 40-50, and has brownish black hair, I think he also wore red clothing; the woman was around the same age and if I remember correctly had blond hair). The man notices the wasps, because they sting him, they do not sting his girlfriend/wife, but she does not notice the wasps. However, after the wasps sting him, we see him on the ground having all sorts of bruises on his face. Anyway, that is all I can remember. Does anyone know the name of the episode? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I'm seriously going crazy trying to find this movie. I could have sworn that I watched it on Netflix, so I searched all of my watched movies, but couldn't find it.
It's set in the future somewhat when people die off due to the fact that humanity ran out of gas (pretty sure). Some people rescue a girl who was being attacked by another guy and bring her back to their building. Everyone's running and hiding from a group of people who hunt and eat humans, and the rescued girl turns out to be one of them.
In the end they OD one of the victims with drugs that end up incapacitating the hunters that eat him, making them easy to kill.
Any help would be great, it's driving me mad.

Here's a toughie.
Watched a film that I believe came out after 2000 which was set either in the West or during the American Civil War (or both); began by the group of protagonists robbing a bank and fleeing to an abandoned farm estate.
A few strange things proceeded to happen, but what I enjoyed most was the ending, which depicted the protagonists running from the estate through a corn field, and after being shot down by police officers, it revealed that they were actually some kind of hairless dog, somehow being transformed during their stay at the estate.
I could have sworn the movie was called 'Dead Ringers,' but that is the name of a much older film which has nothing to do with it.

I saw a movie a long time ago, I believe it to be an 80's era movie. It has something to do with some crazy older person, which I think was a priest locked up in a building, maybe an insane asylum. These highschool kids break in to look around and end up letting him out. He then goes around and starts killing them off at like a party or something. Like one couple was in the back seat of a car getting busy and he kills them both and in the process says "no pre-maritial s*x". He would say something like that each time he killed someone.
I did some looking and thought it was Prom Night IV, and actually bought the movie, but that wasn't it. Kinda similar, but not the same one. Just wanting to know what movie it was I saw....... Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!!!!!!!!!

From the early 2000s I think. Basically the story takes place in a modern house with an older teen(male) taking care of his younger bro. The older has a girlfriend who comes over. Theres a vicious thunderstorm outside, the power goes out and the chills begin. One distinctive thing about the movie is the TV thats on in the living room is playing the original Evil Dead. Its a reasonably good flick.
Any ideas?

It could be either "Fear of the Dark" (2002) (if you remember a boy being forced to watch it) or "the Dead Next Door" (1989). The film was also featured on TV in "A Nightmare on Elm Street", but I do not think that is the movie you are talking about, because that would be very obvious.
I cannot get this clip out of my head, but I think it was from the 1999 version of "the Haunting" or "Dreamscape", it was very spooky, but that is mostly because I only remember seeing the clip once. Anyway, get ready for something very nasty, but I remember young kids yelling for help from a closet, the souls of the kids were trapped in the house, but I also remember a woman (I think) opening the door and seeing a disturbing image of the kids meshed together, I think that they were kids, but I am probably confusing two clips. Anyway, does anyone know what I am talking about? I know it sounds very scary, and I know it seems very vague, but maybe someone knows what I am talking about.

Hello horrorbody. I wonder if you'd be so cruel as to hell identify this movie some body or some head pasted somelair else.
The movie is 20+ years old.
From what I can remember, its kind of like a hell on earth type movie. Or Satan and his demons terrorize the earth.
The scenes that come to mind the most are:
Humans are enslaved and being walked up some steps, of like a temple or pyramid and there is these executioner demons chopping peoples' heads off as they crawl up the stairs. The devil is branding people's chests with his hand.

Superman1, I think the hell on earth movie sounds similar to "Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom", but that is obviously not it. Could it be a similar movie, probably one more horror oriented?
Slaytounge, I have no idea what movie you are trying to identify, but in the 80s horror comedy, "High Spirits". I can recall evil nuns, which float, and a possessed TV set, but it was set in an Irish castle, so I think you would know that.
Anyway, I cannot be of any more help, but I will try to think of more if anything pops up.

I posted this in the classics movie section with no replies yet so trying here as well. I saw a film when I was about 6 that I have been trying to find for years. The biggest thing I remember is how much it creeped me out then and would love to see it again now. I remember a woman with long hair and she had it covering one eye most of the time because there was something messed up about it. She may or may not have had a daughter with her most times, maybe I'm thinking of another movie, I dunno. I think it was set in an old mansion, and I'm thinking it was made in the 40's, but maybe as early as the 30's. Can anyone help me out with a title?

I'm not sure if this was a movie or a tv show.
There were 3 little girls in the woods, and it was snowing. They were supposed to be doing something, but decided to play hide and seek. One of them is hiding and is killed by something. The other two run back to the village or town.
The girls are dressed in old-timey type clothing.
That's all I can remember. And no, it's not Sleepy Hollow.

I am trying to remember the name of this horror movie I saw as a child. It is probably from the mid to late 70's. I think it may have been one of the Omen movies, but I don't remember.
One scene I do remember was this. A guy is in this real high security building that has laser wires that come speeding down in doorways if you don't have clearance. Anyway, this guy is running thru this building really fast, either because it is crumbling down around him or he is being chased. He falls down in the doorway and the laser wire comes down and slices him in half. I also think that the end of the movie has a very RED scene.
Any help is appreciated. It is driving me crazy that I can't remember the name of the movie.
Hmm. Don't know man. I'm pretty good with placing a scene to a movie, but this has me stumped.

I recall a group of teens in a cbin or house in th woods...or something. SOmeone suggested Sleepaway Camp, but I don't think so?? If you can tell me what it is, you'll make this old bird very happy!!

SOmeone suggested Sleepaway Camp, but I don't think so?? If you can tell me what it is, you'll make this old bird very happy!!

I KNOW this could be any of up to 300 movies made in the late 80's..but help me please??
Sounds a little like The Blair Witch Project.

Sorry for the out of the blue question everyone, but I was just talking about this with some friends earlier, and was hoping someone here could help me identify this film, or episode, or whatever it was. I'd really like to see it again.
Here's all I remember of the story of this horror movie - This woman's baby died of some disease (so she thought), and she agreed to let the doctor have the body so he could do tests to help find a cure. It turned out it'd happened to a lot of babies in the area, and he'd gotten all the other mothers to agree too. She looked into it and found out he was like...bringing them back as evil little monster things. I dunno what happened to the doctor, but it ended with the baby things overrunning the town (if not the whole planet or something), and her in the sewer hiding where she'd been narrating the movie, and the last scene was you seeing the manhole cover above start to move.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!:D

My daughter's friend actually found the first movie, it's called the Uninvited and was a TV film from '96 starring Beau Bridges.
A little more info on the second movie, which is not Don't Be Afraid of the Dark (but thank you):
there's a witch living next door with only one eye and she carries a cat around who is blind/also has one eye. The mother in law is possibly the wife's mother and the attic creatures stitch her mouth then hang her in the chimney flue (?), then cause the house to become ice-cold so the couple will light the fire. They can smell her burning but don't know what it is until her wedding band falls off and rolls out of the fireplace. I always thought it was called People in the Attic but there's no such film, and it's not called the Attic, either.
Hope this little extra info helps as I've been looking for an awfully long time :)

I saw this when I was about 6 or 7 and have been trying to hunt it down for years. What I remember is there being a costume party at some old house and when when one of the girls at the party goes into the basement she becomes possessed and starts to kill people. I think she goes into the basement to check a fuse. Once she is possessed she starts foaming at the mouth and crawls on the ceilings. The only other thing I remember is that there is an over-weight guy at the party dressed up as a bumblebee. Hope you can help!

I apologize in advance for being vague, but I'm looking for a horror movie I saw when I was a child. I'm thinking this film came out late 70's/early 80's, but not to sure. From what I can remember, It was loosely similar to siskel and ebert; there were these 2 critics with a screen behind them, and they watched I think 3 or 4 short films, only one I can slightly remember(took place in space, some guy ate something then it came out of his chest, not the whole story just stuff I remember). Then after they finished watching the films, I think one of the critics turned into a monster or something and killed the other critic, the end. If anyone knows what I'm talking about, your help would be appreciated, thanks.

I watched a movie when I was much younger that left an impression on me but sadly didn't leave the name of the movie in my memory. This movie would probably have been made in the late 80s or early 90s.
What I do recall is that it is a horror flick (obviously), and involved changes in time influencing future actions and possibly some sort of possession by demonic forces.
I recall the movie had a scene in the beginning with the husband coming home and opening the door (maybe he rung the door bell because he forgot his keys, I don't recall), with his wife standing there holding a T ruler. When he asked her why she had a T ruler, she replied that it was for protection, and the scene was humorous if somewhat bizarre.
Some demonic stuff starts happening, I remember their teenage daughter takes a boy into their garage or something and kills him there. The mother is the main hero of the movie (I think) and is able to reverse all of the death and destruction somehow, completely undoing all the bad stuff. At the end of the movie, just as she is thinking everything is ok, she hears the doorbell ring (or knock, or whatever.) She approaches the door with a T ruler in hand, and opens it, only to see her husband there, who asks her why she's holding. Ta da! Perhaps this is all set to repeat itself, or perhaps not.
So, anybody know what movie this was? I'm dying to see it again. I've looked through tons of lists of movies and can't seem to find it.

Hi everyone, a long time ago (~10+ years) I saw part of a movie about a young woman who moved into a creepy apartment building that had an extremely deep swimming pool in the courtyard. As I recall, the residents were all somewhat strange, there were secret rooms and passages, and the whole atmosphere was somewhat dark. The only real plot point that I remember was the pool, which was unusably dirty, supposedly very deep, and may have been drained at some point during the film. Unfortunately, I don't remember much more of the plot, actors, or title. It was most probably made in the 1990's, although it is possible its from the 80s. Anyway, this has been bugging me for years, as I would like to see this again out of curiosity if nothing else. It may not have been a horror movie in the strictest sense but it was strange and I didn't know where else to ask. Thanks for any leads!

Okay so this has been driving me crazy lately trying to remember a horror movie I used to watch on tv at my grandmas house back in the early to mid 90's. I will relay to the best of my ability what I remember. The movie was about this girl who was probably 15-20 years old. She had blonde hair and was pretty cute. She turned out to be a robot underneath her skin. She went around this neighborhood killing people. One scene in particular that I remember was of her killing this old woman in her house with a basketball or something to that effect. I think there was a little boy who knew what was going on/had befriended her. She was pretty evil from what I can remember. Anyone got any ideas?

I recently saw a clip (not a very clear one) of some sort of deformed guy (messed up face) chasing down an older woman in the woods, catches her and rips the top of her head off with his hands from the upper jaw on up. I'm looking for a film but I can't remember the title...
It's a movie from the 80s or 90s (probably 90s, I guess). It's about a student that starts to date a really hot girl, but this girl is actually somekind of monster that starts to kill people from school for jealousy. Sorry, I don't remember much of it...
In the ending, this girl brings her boyfriend to her "world" to let him become a king. The final scene shows the guy receiving a crown with blades spinning - then the movie ends.
Any idea? I've been trying to find the name of this movie for years and it's really bugging me. Thanks.

Hey,
I'm looking for the name of a movie I think came out in the nineties. It's basically about swamp monsters that kill people . They kind of looked like Swamp Thing by Wes Craven. (green, covered in seaweed, ...)
In a particular scene a guy and his girlfriend are both naked in a tent on the beach when suddenly they're attacked by one of the monsters who instantly kills the guy. The girl is dragged into the sea after the usual running and screaming.
In the final scene a woman thinks she's giving birth to a baby, but to the doctors' surprise, a baby swamp monster bursts out of her.
---
Bonus movie: Not sure about this one. I might be mixing several movies up.
Anyway : A B movie (1980s?) in which an angel and devil (looking like regular humans) are on a train discussing whether certain people should go to hell or heaven. The first story is about a guy who works (or somehow ends up) at a hospital where women are kidnapped and killed later on by some big dude.
I recall him witnessing a woman tied to a bed and he just ran out of the room instead of helping her. At the end of that story he eventually manages to kill the bad guy with an axe by striking him in the head.

These are a few scary movies I saw a long time ago (80's), although this first movie looked like it was shot sometime in the 70's.
I think this movie was like 3 or 4 unrelated stories bundled together, you know... kinda like Creepshow.
Anyways, in one story there's a man, he's an actor, and he's vying for a part in a movie. His competitor gets cast instead, so out of jealously he kills him and is then awarded the part by attrition. He enjoys his success from the box office smash he starred in, but soon after he is haunted by the dead actor's ghost who appears as a grotesque corpse in the mirror. So, afraid for his life the actor becomes very paranoid and reclusive and avoids mirrors like a crazy man at all costs. No one understands what's wrong with him and everyone thinks he has gone crazy. In the end of the movie the corpse gets his revenge by killing the actor because he accidentally saw his reflection in someone's eye or something like that.
Ok, in another part of this movie, (or maybe this is from a different movie all together, I don't know) A man breaks into this room in a building because there's something in there he wants, I don't know, maybe he was trying to rob it? As the intruder slowly ventures into the room and searches about an older man spins around in a chair. The intruder pulls a switchblade and the old guy sitting down reveals a shotgun and says "how nice of you to bring a knife to a gun fight." then he blows him away.
Ok, this is the last movie I'm going to describe, it's unrelated to the first two. Also a little newer, I'd say late 70's early 80's. I can't remember if it was actually a horror but I remember it had some scary-ass parts in it. It had kind of a sci-fi theme, it's the future and instead of money you pay for things with credits which are actually minutes of your life. You've got this digital watch that tells you how many you have left. There's this guy in a restaurant that is about to run out and he's frantically running around begging people to transfer some credits to him. No one does and he dies right then and there.
Ok, well, that's it. I'm hoping someone in here might have seen these movies and know what they are. I would like to revisit these films and see what scared me so as a child.
Thanks in advance,
-Dirty D

I would like to know the title of another horror movie, but since I remember so little about it, I doubt anyone could help, but.... it doesn't hurt to ask.
It's a movie from late 80s or early 90s, there is a monster chasing the leading actor during the entire movie and in the ending, when the monster is finally defeated, a lot of other monsters of the same type suddenly appear at a morgue.
Sorry. That's all I remember.

Hi,
Me and my friend have been racking our brains for 2 days now, trying to work out where we have seen this scene before-
Basically there is someone in a corridor (maybe hospital but can't quite remember) and then suddenly two nun's float (not walk) past this person, all the way down the corridor.
Its pretty creepy and you don't see the nuns faces. They MIGHT have been crying but not 100% sure.
Anyone know/remember??
Sounds a little like a scene from The Exorcist 3. Though, I think that was only one person floating and not sure if it was a nun. Lol, sorry. That probably wasn't much help.
