Top Animal Zombies and Carriers

My favorite animal zombies and animals infected with a highly contagious plague of some sort that spreads easily to humans:

Resident Evil series - Dobermans and crows
Night Of The Creeps - a dog and a cat
Return Of The Living Dead - half a dog and some butterflies
28 Days Later - chimpanzees
Dead Alive - Sumatran rat monkey

What did I miss?

Mentioned the split dog.

Plague Dogs looks like Watership Down; pure childhood trauma.

Dead Heat - sort of a split between zombie animals and evil food; a 2 for 1.

I saw Watership Down when I was young, and still haven't gotten over how depressing it was.

I know it's not exactly horror (sorry)... but the dog in Cujo was pretty freaky.

Also, wasn't there some dead dog laying in the water in Cabin Fever? I might be wrong on this one though.

Cujo counts. There was an infected dog in Cabin Fever and another dog that might have just been bloodthirsty.

Not sure this counts as an animal zombie or carrier of disease, but how can I resist an opportunity to put up this picture?

James Cameron still has a great deal of affection for this movie.
