Man's Ear Bitten Off At 'Carnivore's' Bar
Kurta Claims Self-Defense New Kensington, Pennsylvania -- The bar is named "Carnivore's" and police said the act was much the same. A New Kensington man is headed to trial after he allegedly bit the ear of another bar patron. Police said Tom Kurta, 27, was involved in two fights last month at the Oakmont bar. During the second fight, he allegedly bit Dennis Moore's ear. Moore said the attack was unprovoked. However, Kurta's lawyer said his client fought back in self-defense.

When a man bites another man's ear off, it's not really done "allegedly".
I mean seriously, you can SEE the guy bite you right in the ear, its not even a question. Dude, you bit my ear off. Allegedly. No, not allegedly. I just saw you bite my ear off. Look, you're still chewing on it.
