As for 'regular' members doing some of the same things at times, and being accepted...I can't argue with that, however the 'regulars' don't do it ALL the time and/or refuse to do anything ELSE by way of contribution and/or relevance

I am aware (as are the rest of you) that there are a couple of people here who seem to NEVER contribute anything worthwhile, and beg the question, "Do you even LIKE horror?"...But, these people seem to just be 'hanging out'...Irritating? yes...Inciteful and purposely trying to ONLY piss people off or illicit a negative reaction?...no...That's why those people are at least 'tolerated' here...Those are the people who go to the zoo and say, "I hate animals, but I love the people who come to the zoo"...Hey, we're a cool bunch of people here (for the most part), you can't blame someone for wanting to hang out with us...


I appreciate EVERY post that has been made in this thread...I have taken it ALL into consideration...I will base future actions on what has been posted here...And although I haven't discussed this with Zwoti (like I'm SUPPOSED to do :o )...I am hoping that he will agree with me, and I encourage him to do the same

I don't really mind him. Sure, he's a tool, but I have found him relatively easy to avoid and I haven't really noticed anything ban-worthy.

The General Forum has always had its fair share of moronic behavior ....hell I've been a big part of that kinda shit at times. There's probably a bunch of people that want to see me get the fuck outta here.
I've just been ignoring the dude but have noticed how his bullshit has caused a downhill slide round here (which is saying something). He's got nothing to contribute so I'm all down to get rid of him. But whatever I'm just a shitstirrer so what do I know.

It pisses me off to no end, and I think I can say that for most members who've been here a good while. Ban the ass on site, as soon as he's spotted. I really believe that once he realizes he can't get more that a post and a thread out before he's banned, he'll loose interest.

There is one member that I would like to really sit down and "talk to" as well.

referencing the bigloader incarnation, it was vbery jarring to be reading through an otherwise lucid and/or entertaining thread, only to have a "load" post crop up unexpectedly in the middle of it. I can almost accept people that are JUST being asses, but he then turned around and tried to justify it as "research"....


I will admit, there is a certain degree of satisfaction i get from screwing with people like him, take trendkill for instance. Rip apart what they say, point out contradictions, lather rinse repeat. I did the same with bane back in the day, and deicide, and anyone who was around back then probably remembers how that was (drove the hits to my site up by 500%).


In the end though, i would just assume have our normal discussions and not deal with people like him. All of us are immature in our own ways, but he is like a kid who tells awful jokes to everyone and then guffaws annoyingly at his own "genius".

I think I've weighed in on this before, but I'll let you know again.

It is annoying. It's moreso annoying that we don't have an admin who gives a fuck about us than anything.

I don't mind light-hearted, stupid threads every now and then. You've obviously noticed that I'm here quite a bit less than I used to be, and this is part of the reason. I come in here to relax and talk about something I love to get away from the stupid shit I deal with at work. Lately, I've just been going out to the floor and helping the regular employees.

That's right, folks, it's gotten bad enough around here that I'd rather do manual labor most of the time than hang out. I'm sure I'll change my tune soon enough, but for now the place has went to shit.

We've lost a lot of good members since I've been here. Others seem to be fading. I've got enough people around that I come to chat with that I keep coming back, but those people post less and less. Almost makes me wish you got charged a minimal $5 one time fee to join. It'd definately cut down on the bullshit.
