OLD FLAMES-Jack Ketchum. Pretty good novella about a mentally unstable woman trying to re-connect with an old flame. Like a lot of JK's work, not sentimental and another bloody rampage added to the mix. Worth checking out.

 Very poor. Its all poetry, but the language is boring. Basically some sentences cut up into a poem form. No use of format beyond that. The pictures are poorly altered photographs. All around very disappointing, something I'd ask for my money back.

FLAGS OF OUR FATHERS-Superlative book of the Iwo Jima flagraisers with detailed chapters of the battle and their personal lives. One of the BEST books I've come across in awhile.
