The numbers don't apply to LA either. The stat is probably supposed to read 60% of women have considered getting implants.
I know 2 women in LA with implants and... "Men who had sex 1-2 times a week had half the death rate as those who did not indulge themselves at least once a month." Pretty sure the death rate is 100% for everyone, everywhere.
