Don't get me on another anti Freddy rant! I was going to include Lorrie but decided not to, as I feel his voice is more sinister and psychotic, than creepy

I think of creepy as being very general & inclusive of many different types of creepy, from sinister to awkward -- but that's obviously subjective.

one of the creepiest voices I have heard in a movie is the kids voice in The Changeling... from the recordings, to it echoing in throughout. Mad creepy.

The kids from The Innocents really sent shivers down my spine. I dunno why... they were just creepy as hell.

Vincent between the two, Doug Bradley and the Babadook are great choices too, but what really made me about piss myself was the voice out of fucking nowhere in Amityville Horror.
