That's all you needed to send to me to get full points. I didn't count the other Award, Kinema Jumpo, as a major Award, so no entry for that. Nevertheless, all of those who sent me at least THAT entry above got FULL points.

Sadly, the SEVENTH entry I got was the FIRST ALL-CORRECT ENTRY, and that contestant wins a trip to the Rewards Chamber. There were others after, but NONE before.

The results will widen a lot of eyes and raise plenty of eyebrows. Let's have a peek at them...

I am here to address BOTH:- THE RAGING PHANTOMS & FREDDY'S SLICE 'N' DICERS. ALL OF YOU have been set free inside The Hunting Season Zone UNARMED!

ZOMBIE WARRIORS, feel free to join both those teams inside the Zone to HUNT THEM DOWN!

The whole Hunting Zone is divided into EIGHT cross-sections - 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8. Zombie Warriors, you have to mention which cross-section you will be in when doing your hunting, in your choice of targets PM to me.

NO TWO CONTESTANTS CAN BE IN THE SAME CROSS-SECTION!

Zombie Warriors, PM me who your target(s) will be in the Hunting Zone. Also mention the cross-section where you will be when you are doing your hunting.

The failure to fire even a single .45 MAGNUM, or if TWO of you Hunters land in the SAME cross-section, will mean each ZOMBIE WARRIOR will be SHOT FOUR TIMES by the Snipers in the Watchtowers!!

I welcome Zombie Warrior Friday13thFan into The Reward Chamber, minutes before you go and join your teammates in the Hunting Zone Outing as Hunters.

You have FIVE boxes in front of you - labelled Pi, Ki, Ti, Si and Ji.

You may select any TWO for yourself, and the contents inside them will be yours to keep FOREVER!

That's not all.

All five boxes are parts of permutations and combinations. In case you hit the hidden secret combination of boxes, a SIXTH hidden box will be revealed! The contents of THAT hidden box will be given to ANY contestant of YOUR choice!

Be mindful. And choose wisely. ;)

RESULT OF THE REWARD CHAMBER OUTING

The Zombie Warrior you all know as Friday13thFan was led into the Reward Chamber minutes before the hunt began yesterday.

He has done his choosing from the FIVE boxes in front of him - labelled Pi, Ki, Ti, Si and Ji.

Let us see what were in the boxes which F13Fan DIDN'T select first -

Box Pi - A Chainer Repeller, effective for 5 Hunting Zone Outings!

Box Ti - A Rocket Launcher, loaded with 5 Rockets!

Box Si - 10 Extra Bonus Health Packs!

Those were the ones he missed. Now, for the ones he chose -

Box Ki - A Sawed-Off Shotgun, with 5 Shells!

Box Ji - A double-handed Sword, effective for 5 swipes!

Congratulations F13Fan, you are now the proud owner of TWO extra weapons you can carry into the Hunting Zone Outings! You may use them according to your discretion whenever you want, but when your team is doing the hunting ONLY! Never otherwise.

Excluding this hunt, but of course. You can use your new weapons from the next Hunting Zone outing onwards.

A big puff of metallic blue smoke rises up from near the gates into the nightly air. Nobody enters back in for a while. The medics team rush into the Zone.

Let's rewind the clocks and see what happened inside...

RESULTS OF THE HUNTING ZONE OUTING NUMBER FOUR

Both losing teams ran into the Zone almost simultaneously and dispersed without much talking, except for some silent nods of agreement between some members of the Raging Phantoms.

They were followed in by the Zombie Warriors, who yelled loud war cries and jumped around a lot, possibly from their happiness and excitement for finally getting to fry some collective ass. They then gathered together and discussed some stuff in a low voice, although two team members had other ideas of their own. They then disappeared into various parts of the Zone.

SECTION 1:

Rayne came through the bushes and looked at her left and right. She was wary and slightly apprehensive, and looked at some rocks on her right carefully.

She was so immersed in concentration to make out whether someone was hiding behind those rocks, that she failed to notice the long barrel of the Magnum pointed directly at her from above a nearby tree.

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

Rayne took a couple steps back, more with extreme surprise than the impact of the bullet which had thumped into her right side. She bent over slightly, as the second shot came whizzing through.

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

Rayne doubled over and stumbled down into the ground. She grabbed at her HPs and turned, fighting back the stinging sensations that were clouding her mind.

The figure had fallen down from the tree on the ground just behind her.

"Gosh, it works! What a recoil!" Ferretchucker was in awe as he picked himself up and gazed lovingly at the deadly weapon in his hand. He pointed it again at Rayne with a huge smile.

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

Rayne could only open her mouth to protest, as the third bullet thudded into her back and ripped it open. Ferret went flying back and fell down heavily again. "Weeeeeeeee! That was fun!" Ferret was smiling gleefully.

Rayne fought off the blinding pain searing through her body and slowly crawled into the bushes in front of her.

Sector 4:

Dude Guadalupe waited silently, his ears perked up for the slightest sound around him. The soft chirping of the birds and some indistinct sounds made by small furry animals inside the undergrowth were the only ones reaching his ears.

Till then.

The regular sounds were broken by something heavy creaking on the dry leaves. Dude stiffened and held his breath, immediately looking in that direction. The sounds had come from his left, and Dude lifted his Magnum slowly to point in that direction.

FreddyMyers had come through, and was scanning the area in all directions. Dude cursed under his breath once, then set his lips grimly. Freddy had finished his scrutiny, and was motioning to someone behind him to follow him. Dude looked on curiously.

A figure hobbled through into Dude's sights, patched up everywhere! Aha, impressive teamwork!, Dude thought as he licked his lips. He had recognised who it was, and pointed the Magnum directly at the figure, and pressed the trigger rapidly.

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

The bullets raced through the air and thudded softly into the figure's chest and tummy, and it slowly fell down backwards with a thud.

"MISSMACABRE!" Freddy yelled while whirling at the sound of the shots, and raced towards the fallen figure.

MissM was grunting, trying to stop her blood from flowing by her hands. Freddy instantly pulled out 2 of his own HPs and patched up MissM the best he could.

She is running around with her very own medic, Dude thought ruefully as he dropped his empty Magnum.

Chronogrl had turned around, very surprised. Those were shots from a Magnum behind those trees, she thought worriedly, creases on her forehead. She couldn't think more, because just then Rayne came limping through the bushes on Chrono's right!

Chrono's eyes widened at Rayne's sight. Rayne froze instantly.

Both women looked at each other in the eye - one's eyes slowly narrowing and turning brutal, the other's still wide with apprehension and fear.

Chrono lifted her Magnum.

Rayne turned and dived without thinking.

Chrono pressed the trigger.

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

Rayne didn't have enough time to disappear into the bushes she had come through to escape Chrono's sight. Two bullets tore into her back and one ripped through her right thigh, and she went down with a huge groan. She clutched at her HPs, and Chrono dropped her Magnum quietly, forgetting about what she was thinking before targeting Rayne.

Somewhere nearby, Dude had stood up in surprise himself. Those couldn't be Magnum shots near me, he was thinking worriedly.

SECTION 5:

He was very happy. In his heart he couldn't stop smiling, and the small grin on his face showed the glow he was feeling. But he still had a job to do.

His eyes were trained on the sight in front. The trees dropped down into a huge bunch of rocks away on his right, and the river flowed carelessly away on his left. The fresh smell of the afternoon air again made him happy.

The thud near him made him jump up. The big figure had lumbered through the shrubs and was very near him. He lifted his Magnum and fired almost instantly, without even checking who it was.

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

All three bullets tore into the left side and tummy of the half-surprised, half-fearful Rayne who stared at F13Fan for an instant before doubling up and letting out a loud cry of pain. Big gushes of blood sprayed out of her freshly made wounds and she clutched at them in vain. F13Fan was breathing hard. He didn't expect Rayne to surprise him this way. His breath slowly started to return as Rayne shut her eyes tightly, one hand instinctively reaching for her HPs.

SECTION 7:

Zero gulped down the last piece of his banana and stopped. He peered forward to have a better look at the figure crawling towards his tree on all fours. Damn, it is indeed her, he thought painfully. Letting out a soft sigh, he lifted his Magnum and pointed directly at the figure.

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

The three bullets blasted into the figure's shoulders and collarbone, making it crumple forward with a very audible moan. Zero blew a kiss towards her and dropped his empty Magnum, as Rayne reached slowly for her HPs with closed eyes.

SECTOR 2:

He sat very still. The soft rustling sound he had heard moments ago had come from his right, he was sure of it. He was craning his neck out to look in that direction, but all he could see were trees and more trees.

There, his brain jumped with that thought, it just rustled again!

A low moan came from the bushes far on his left, and he turned to look there. Rayne had crawled over a bush and had collapsed on top of it. She was wearing plenty of HP patches, a symbol of her being the specific target of the Warriors so far. His eyes slowly widened for a few moments, before he lifted his Magnum to aim.

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

The gunshot echoed around the small area, the bullet thudding squarely into Rayne's left side and sending her sprawling onto the floor.

A couple of deep-red, blazing eyes suddenly sifted in the direction from where the shot had echoed!

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

The second shot blasted into Rayne's leg, and she screamed in sheer agony. A big glob of bright, crimson blood formed on the gaping bullet hole, which suddenly gushed out in all fury.

The eyes gleamed, then narrowed. The figure rustled quickly towards the source of the shots.

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

Shriek of the Mutilated watched with a big satisfied grin as the third bullet pierced into Rayne's tummy, almost throwing her backwards with its impact. Rayne's skin had exploded out and a big torrent of bright red blood rained out of the small hole on the tummy.

Rayne was losing consciousness fast. She grabbed her HPs and was patching herself, half-delirious with the sizzling pain her body emanated, when the figure fell across her and walked right past by. Her tear-filled, fully clouded eyes cleared for an instant in sudden alarm and fear.

Shriek's mouth had opened wide in sheer terror. The figure striding towards him turned his bowels into water. He kept pointing his gun at the figure and pressed the trigger in a frenzy but the Magnum only clicked away, its chambers now empty.

The Chainer stretched it's right hand, and a long coil of sharp spike-covered chain shot straight at Shriek's chest. It's grappler pierced Shriek's chest and hooked itself right on his ribs. Shriek screamed out, his scream ringing around even louder than the Magnum's shots. The second coil wrapped itself around Shriek's right arm and coiled tight, the spikes piercing his hand and ripping the flesh off in several parts. The third and fourth coils shot straight at Shriek's legs, their razor-sharp spikes cutting neatly through the flesh of his legs like a warm knife sliding through butter. Blood started to flow in all directions from Shriek's body, and his intense, agonising screams were filling the dull evening air. His hands reached feebly for his HPs, but in his mind, a foreboding of imminent death throbbed continuously.

The chest of the Chainer slowly opened, and the final coil of chain shot out straight at Shriek's neck. Shriek grabbed at it desperately to try and avoid it wrapping around his neck, but his fingers were sliced off as soon as he touched them and he flung his arms back wincing. The chain wrapped around his neck in a flash, and then came the tugging.

SSSSSHHHHHRRRRRIIIIIKKKKKTTTTT!!!!!

Shriek's body exploded into a mass of body parts, as if some hidden bomb blew inside his body somewhere. All the limbs and his head were ripped out of the rest of his body and fell down in a heap beside each other, the eyes of his severed head still wide in horror and his mouth still open, as if to scream his lungs out. Blood from his torso rained on the grass all around it, the greenery turning into a frenzy of hot, bright crimson.

ZOMBIE WARRIOR SHRIEK_OF_THE_MUTILATED IS DEAD!!!!!

SECTION 6:

Rayne was shaking uncontrollably, more in fear at what she had just witnessed than at her condition at the moment. She was bleeding profusely, her HPs patched all over her body and her nerves shooting up severe stinging sensations to her brain, but the sight she had just seen was still very much evident in her eyes and mind.

The Magnum slowly stretched directly towards Rayne, and the finger pressed on the trigger rapidly.

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

Rayne didn't have even a second to get back to reality. All three bullets thudded cruelly into her chest as she went flying backwards and fell back on the ground heavily. Her thought processes were disturbed as the fresh, searing pain blotted out everything else and her chest turned into a oven of fire. Blood sputtered out of it and Rayne coughed, a small spurt of blood shooting out of her mouth too. She lay there, breathing in short gasps and her body spasming intermittently. She had run out of HPs, and now lay there as a bloody mess, Bleeding.

SECTION 8:

The inhuman shrieks of death perked Saytan's ears. She knew someone had breathed their last somewhere in the Zone, but nowhere near her. She strained to listen, and a fresh sound came ringing into her ears.

A pair of shuffling feet was running across from where she was lying down!

She looked straight ahead, and chuckled soundlessly.

FreddyMyers was half-running, half-dragging MissMacabre with him, who was stumbling and fretting a lot, leant on his shoulder!

Saytan's grin froze, and she lifted her Magnum.

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

The first shot made its way straight into MissM's left shoulder, spinning her out of Freddy's grasp towards the floor.

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

Before MissM hit the ground, the second shot pierced her back. Both gun wounds were shooting out blood now, and MissM was convulsing.

BLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

The third shot blasted into her thigh, and MissM let out a long sigh. Freddy spun around and raced to her. He kneeled near MissM and picked her up, just as a shadow fell across both of them.

Freddy looked up in surprise. MissM was unconscious.

"We have no time to lose," Doc Faustus said and pulled a bunch of his HPs out of his backpack. He quickly patched up MissM's fresh wounds with them, and after a few minutes, both of them picked MissM up between them and carried her towards the gates.

As the night rolled in and the deadline came about, the Snipers' windows opened and all rifles were trained straight at the Warriors.

Then came the shots.

BLAM!!BLAM!!BLAM!!BLAM!!BLAM!!BLAM!!BLAM!!BLAM!!
BLAM!!BLAM!!BLAM!!BLAM!!BLAM!!BLAM!!BLAM!!BLAM!!.. .

Sorry Warriors. Dude Guadalupe and Chronogrl ended up in the same Section so all of you have been shot FOUR times by the Snipers.

1) Why were the phantoms given the choice?...They didn't win anything, in fact they keep screwing up and are permitted to resubmit entries, and allowed to have incorrect answers counted.

2) We have always taken turns when we had to sit out, no one has ever had to sit out 2 times in a row.

3) I will be sitting out as well...This isn't the game I'm used to playing.

1 - They were given the choice because only one player from the Zombie Warriors can sit out this time. It would be tough to make two teams agree to a common person to sit out, especially when the last time I didn't get a single PM from either team for this same situation in the last Challenge.

Nobody is allowed to resubmit entries. I made that clear during the crossword and wordsearch Challenges. If they had done that I would have disqualified the entry and awarded zero points.

No incorrect answers have been counted from them either. They lose points everytime any of them send in an incorrect answer. The rule applies to everyone.

2 - Yes, and last time I asked for PMs from both teams I didn't get any, and I went random and choose turns based on the losses of the Bloodbath Chamber. Since I gave them free right to choose someone to sit out, I cannot go against it now. Sorry.

3 - If you feel I am being biased and unfair, then effective immediately, Battle Royale III stands closed.

Avi, I love you like my own family and you know that, so you also know that I'm not trying to upset you.

1) If you were truly biased, I would win every Battle Royale...It's okay, you don't have to admit it, we all know it's true :p <-- That means I'm joking, laugh with me, it helps to break up the tension

2) Rather than 'biased', I felt you were a little too lenient a couple of times, and that I wouldn't have been so generous if I were the game master...BUT, I am NOT the game master, this is YOUR game, so I didn't say anything because it's not my place, and honestly it wasn't that big a deal.

3) The reason I spoke out when I did is:

A 'sit-out' isn't supposed to be a penalty...If a person has to be chosen to sit out it's because their team did BETTER than the other teams, and they didn't have as many (or any) deaths...Instead of a penalty, it's a necessary inconvenience to keep things even, and I believed that was why the hit (it IS a hit, a sit-out loses HPs) is shared by everyone, as we all take turns.

To make someone sit out twice, is an undue penalty.

I also believe that if you have to make someone sit out, the choice should be fair, unbiased, and should not benefit someone else...This was why my team didn't submit any consideration for the last sit-out.

You have always handled this perfectly and evenly in the past, so I am confused as to why you would alter your system.

Everyone knew they would choose Dustin, and I was expecting you to tell them that he already took his turn, then they would have chosen Sarah, because she won't follow their agenda either...Which would have been fair, because she hadn't sat out yet.

I guess I was just disappointed that you allowed it...But, like I said, YOU are the game master, you have every right to conduct the game however you want, but the game that I thought I agreed to play was a bit less 'stacked' than this.

You and I always try to do things equanimously, and we also speak up when we feel something is off-kilter...That's what has happened here, I felt this one action was "unfair", not that YOU are...Please don't punish the other players because I made an objection...The remnants of my team are damned good players, they are really into the game, they play LEGITIMATELY, and they play for THEIR team, and no one else's...They are also ready to tear each other apart as soon as they go solo.

If nothing else, at least let us see what happens with all of these new people...It has been extremely interesting so far...In fact, I almost would have felt bad about shooting Straker when (if) the time came ;) ...I have to admit that I have been very impressed.

And let's be honest...I'm dead anyway...I didn't ask my team to protect me, I left it up to them to decide if they wanted to or not...They all know that I'm a target, and they chose to keep their HPs...While I feel I am an asset to their team, I also acknowledge the fact that I would be a daunting solo opponent...My team knows this, too.

If you are upset with me, and you want to respond with something negative, please yell at me privately, or you will completely screw up the 'feel' of this post :p

@Vampenguin: You just HUSH...I have spoken up in other Battle Royales when something was in MY team's favor, but was against YOUR team, if that 'something' seemed unfair...Who isn't "paying attention"?...Fair is fair...Winning or losing doesn't mean shit if it's not legitimate.

I'm not saying that it was unfair but our team did kinda get the screw job in the beginning of the game.We should have been the third team to go into the hunting zone but instead we where first since the other two teams got out of going into the hunting zone for the first two challenges.

If you all want my opinion, which I'm sure you don't, but whatever. I think letting this game fall apart over something so trivial would be a real shame. Probably adjust the rules so someone doesn't have to sit out two games in future or something?

I agree with this. Change it from now on and just continue the game otherwise normally. To be honest, some of us are more competitive than others, and keeping HPs from someone who is known to be very smart is good tactics. You don't see me whining that I get shot by everyone in site every round, but I don't exactly like it. Maybe we should implement a rule where we have to shoot a different person every hunting grounds too. Just to make things fair. :rolleyes:

I have received another PM from the Phantoms, and since everyone is in agreement for not letting Dude sit out two times in succession (and it is pretty unfair anyway IMO, so there will be a new rule enforced about the same person not sitting out twice), the new Zombie Warrior chosen will sit out this Challenge.

Many of you sent me the original Italian names of most of the giallos which I accepted and awarded full points too.

Some of the Zombie Warriors added "scissors" at the end of their Italian version of the second answer. Maybe it was a code passed on by one to all, since the question had scissors in it, and the rest forgot to delete it off. I deduced that and overlooked the error and awarded them full points too, because the main answer was correct.

UPDATE

The Zone scanners have revealed that ALL the Battle-Axes have been used.

We will have an early call for the Hunting Zone outing too. The gates will be opened at NOON EST instead of Midnight EST tomorrow. Be here then to see what fate awaits everyone in it.

RESULT OF THE REWARD CHAMBER OUTING #2

Raging Phantom MissMacabre was led into the Reward Chamber earlier.

She has chosen TWO boxes from the FIVE laid out in front of her, which were marked as - A, B, C, D and E.

MissMacabre's selections were - Box D & Box E.

Let us first see what were in the boxes which MissM DIDN'T select -

RESULTS OF THE HUNTING ZONE OUTING NUMBER FIVE

The gates to the Zone are thrown open way ahead of the scheduled deadline, because the Hunt is over early.

Some members of both teams come drooping in slowly, some leaning on others and sweat dripping off their brows.

Some others...don't come in.

The medics crews trod into the Zone, and we rewind the clocks back to the beginning...

The Zombie Warriors walked in slowly with very apparent heavy hearts, some of them distraught over losing the latest Challenge. They all exchanged looks with each other, then dispersed into the trees ahead of them.

The Slice 'N' Dicers followed them shortly, and almost everyone's faces were broken into gleeful smiles. One of them called to the others and they gathered around and spoke about something in a hushed tone. They then nodded at each other and disappeared into various parts of the Zone.

Quadrant BETA:

Chronogrl was having a bad morning so far. She was pretty mad at losing the Challenge, plus she had walked into some thorny bushes as soon as she had separated from her team. Luckily she was wearing covered shoes, but one of the big thorns had tore open her right boot and had pierced into her heel, which made her walking difficult.

She soon reached the edge of the trees and looked at the clearing ahead. Someone coughed and cleared their voice on the right, and Chrono jumped.

Rayne smiled at her dreamily from in-between all the patches on her face, holding the Battle-Axe in her hand.

"Y'know," Rayne spoke in a husky voice, "I have been having dreams about...us..." her voice trailed off.

Chrono gulped audibly.

Rayne lifted her Battle-Axe and Chrono took a quick step backward. Rayne gave the wicked blades of the Axe the same dreamy look, then looked back at Chrono with a very sensuous smile.

"If this was your thigh, babe, I would lick it. Ooooo...nothing beats a little girl on girl action," Rayne's voice had dropped to a whisper as her lips opened and she slowly licked the blades of the Axe, her eyes teasing Chrono all the while.

"How sexy is that? A REAL turn-on! HAHAHAHA!" Rayne's voice rang out.

Chrono turned and fled. Rayne was onto her in a flash, swinging the Battle-Axe hard!

SCRUNCHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

The axe tore through Chrono's right shoulder and a thick glob of blood sprung out.

"AAAAAIIIIIIIGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH!!" Chrono screamed as she went down.

Rayne swung again.

SCRUNCHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

The blow caught Chrono on her right side, ripping out the flesh and blood spraying out of it. The right blade of the Axe immediately developed a big crack in the center.

Rayne turned it around, and lifted her Axe again to bring it down.

SCRUNCHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

The Axe crunched mercilessly into Chrono's left collar bone and stuck there. Chrono gave a grunt, a small whimper of immense pain escaping from her lips. Rayne put her foot down on Chrono's left shoulder, and pulled the axe out. She gritted her teeth and brought the Axe down one final time.

SCRUNCHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

The final blow of the axe was right at the base of Chrono's back, where it tore through her soft flesh and left a huge cut on it. The cut swelled for a moment before a huge blob of crimson blood oozed out of it. The other blade of the Axe cracked into two, and Rayne licked her lips in-between long, heaving breaths.

"Ahh...y-yes!" Rayne sighed softly between her long breaths, "I love getting turned on!" Chrono groaned as she reached for her HPs slowly, and her groan of pain widened Rayne's smile as she leaned back.

Quadrant DELTA:

Ferretchucker was frantically looking through the grass all around him, as if in search of something. He knew this was the spot, and it should be somewhere nearby. He looked up all around him again. Yes, those trees are familiar, he thought, and those rocks on the right side are in the same formation. He set his lips determinedly again and started looking near the big tree he was standing near to.

The shadow fell across him just then. Ferret froze.

The air swished.

SCRUNCHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

The crunching blow came flying through the air above, and hit Ferret mercilessly on his back, tearing out a huge chunk of flesh. He fell down with a loud thud on the ground, letting out a loud shriek as blood oozed out of his back in a long torrent.

"AAAAARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH!!!" Ferret screamed.

SCRUNCHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

The Axe struck on Ferret's left shoulder this time, and a huge crunching sound indicated that one of his bones was shattered. Flesh and blood flew out of the gap on his shirt, and Ferret screamed again.

SCRUNCHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

This time, the Axe fell directly on his right thigh. It cut through the flesh, ripping through directly towards his thigh bone where it came to a stop, and was yanked back out again almost immediately.

The stinging pain of the three wounds brought huge tears to Ferret's eyes. He tried to turn around, but the final blow was on it's way by then.

SCRUNCHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

The Axe ate through Ferret's right side, tearing out his guts. A huge piece of flesh covering his stomach and guts had been torn open and it started spraying blood almost immediately. Ferret was moaning audibly, with loud howls. Tears ran down his cheeks as fast as the red hot crimson blood ran out of his wounds. He reached weakly for his HPs.

Bwind22 dropped the now broken Battle-Axe down, and grinned. A small frown came on his face for an instant and immediately disappeared, and the half-grin, half-smirk was back. He was looking directly at an empty Magnum .45, half-hidden below some extended roots of the tree, below which Ferret lay bleeding.

Quadrant ZETA:

Straker was ready for battle. Swinging his huge Axe around, he was striding forward and looking left and right, ready to hack the head off anyone he saw near him. A very audible moan suddenly hit his ears and he froze, turning immediately towards his right.

The bushes were rustling over there! Straker instantly checked his sorroundings and ran behind the stem of the nearest big tree, and peered out.

Chrono crawled through the bushes slowly, her patched wounds bright red on her body. Straker took one look at her, and grinned to himself. He waited till Chrono was a bit more near to him then jumped out from behind the tree, Axe at the ready.

Chrono took a very surprised glance at him and screamed, trying to shrink back. Straker swung hard.

SCRUNCHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

The Axe fell savagely on Chrono's chest, leaving a huge cut across it. It swelled for an instant and turned shining red. Chrono let out a sigh and a groan. Straker didn't stop.

SCRUNCHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

The blow was directly at Chrono's stomach, cutting through the flesh and ripping out a big chunk of flesh. Chrono's loud howl rang through the entire sector as a big spray of fresh, thick blood spurted out of her tummy.

Straker swung the Axe back again, but someone tackled him blindly at that exact moment!

"OOOOOFFFFFFFFFFFF!!" Straker let out a grunt as both figures went sprawling into the ground. Straker was up in a flash, grabbing his Axe from near him. The figure was half-dazed and wincing, and Straker's eyes were lit with savage fury. He took a big stride forward and swung the Axe directly at the figure's head!

The figure turned to get up, and the Axe thudded audibly into it's back!

SCRUNCHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

Friday13thFan shrieked. The Axe had struck near his backbone, and it had immediately started bleeding in torrents. Straker took a step back, and was immediately aware of someone else who had come through the trees on the right.

Without even seeing in that direction, Straker swung his Axe blindly.

SCRUNCHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

The Axe struck. The person screamed as he fell backwards, the impact of the blow sending him reeling into the ground. The Axe cracked audibly into two parts and the blades dropped off, and Straker let go of the handle and slowly turned around to see who the third person was.

Ferret lay there, a combined look of surprise and pain in his eyes, trying to cover his left thigh with one hand while clutching a .45 Magnum in the other.

Straker stood tall, his chest puffed out, as the three bodies around him groaned, moaned and winced in pain.

Quadrant ALPHA:

Chrono was moving slowly. She had moved past F13Fan and Ferret and had headed east from there, knowing that she would compromise both her and a teammate's position if she stayed there. Besides, her best bet lay in keeping moving till she found a secure hiding place.

The big, tall boulders ahead of her indicated one such destination. She gritted her teeth and limped forward towards them, but stopped in mid-stride, her eyes widening with sudden, immense fear.

SCRUNCHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

If Chrono hadn't swerved at the last instant, her head would have been lopped off! As it was, the blow caught her on her right arm and left a glazing red cut on it. She tried to take a couple steps back but stumbled and fell backwards.

Michelle walked forward in big strides, and lifted her Axe again. Chrono screamed, trying to cover her face with her hands.

SCRUNCHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

The Axe tore through her right thigh, leaving a long deep gash right above her freshly patched wound. Chrono grunted and tried to cover it with her fingers, turning around to get up all in the same action.

SCRUNCHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

The blow hit her straight at her right knee, almost cutting her right leg clean off! Chrono screamed out in blinding pain, stars flying across her eyes. She was bleeding profusely by now, but Michelle was in no mood to relent.

SCRUNCHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

The final blow of the Axe was directly across her broad back. It was aimed at her neck but a small tug ahead by her weak and trembling hands at the final instant had spared her from losing her head. She was losing blood rapidly now, her eyes clouding over. Her slow hands reached for her HPs, and Michelle dropped her Axe down.

"I always...had a fondness...for bright crimson orchids," Michelle said slowly in-between intakes of deep breaths. Chrono's half-closed eyes raised towards Michelle's face, and Michelle smiled back at her.

Quadrant GAMMA:

The big, wide pair of eyes looked on at the scene in front from the top of the fir tree.

F13Fan heaved and puffed slowly, helping Ferret up with his left hand as he stumbled on while almost carrying Chrono on his right, across the clearing. F13Fan swore once under his breath, looking around. Ferret had stumbled again. Chrono was almost insensible in her deep wounds and bleeding.

SCRUNCHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

The Axe swung out of nowhere and struck Chrono on her back with full force. Chrono went sprawling forward into the ground. F13Fan let go of Ferret instantly and turned in sheer surprise.

SCRUNCHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

The blow caught him straight on his chest, and he doubled up with a cough. The gash on his ribs immediately swelled out and threw out a big spray of blood through his fingers, and F13Fan fell down with a scream.

Ferret's eyes turned from the half-dazed look in them to completely clear. He looked at the Axe-wielder and screamed for mercy.

GreenDemon had none. The Axe came swishing through the air.

SCRUNCHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

The Axe landed right on Ferret's shoulder-bone, ripping through it and cutting through to his right lung. Ferret grunted and groaned, falling back heavily with the Axe still embedded on his shoulder. GreenDemon strode forward and pulled the Axe out from Ferret's shoulder. He turned around to where Chrono lay.

SCRUNCHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

The blow cut right across Chrono's tummy, leaving a gaping red cut across it. The two fresh gashes on Chrono's stomach made a sort of grotesque "X" mark on it, her soft flesh completely covered by her boiling hot crimson blood.

GreenDemon grunted in satisfaction, and dropped his Axe. He looked at all three bodies lying around him, bleeding and moaning, and let out a long deep breath.

Out of nowhere, the long coil of razor-sharp, spike-covered chain came whistling directly at him!

GreenDemon didn't have enough time to even think clearly. The chain wound around his outstretched right arm and gripped tightly. He let out a loud shriek as the spikes punctured his skin and embedded into it in several places.

"YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGHHHHHH!" GreenDemon let out a loud inhuman cry of painful distress.

The second chain came flying through the air and swung around his other hand, squeezing tightly on it in similar fashion as the first one.

The Chainer dropped down from the high branch of a nearby tree, and glowered at GreenDemon with bloodshot red, piercing eyes.

GreenDemon tried vainly to grab at his HPs, tugging and pulling at the chains to reach for the broken Battle-Axe. Chrono had fainted at the sight of the Chainer, Ferret screamed and shrank back, and F13Fan watched on with huge wide eyes, numbed in thought and open mouth uttering out no screams.

Two other chains sprung out from The Chainer's back and sped directly at GreenDemon's legs, squeezing around both of them tight. GreenDemon gritted his teeth to fight the pain, pulling at the HPs frantically and one leg kicking towards the broken Battle Axe.

The Chainer blinked once, and his chest opened. The long stretch of chain sprung out of it and whistled across around GreenDemon's neck, wrapping itself tightly around it and choking GreenDemon. He gasped and coughed once, his eyes bulging.

And so, that was his final expression, when the Chainer tugged.

SSSSSHHHHHRRRRRIIIIIKKKKKTTTTT!!!!!

Limbs went flying outwards, neck was pulled out with a small stretch of spinal cord still attached to it, as GreenDemon's torso fell down heavily into the ground with a loud splatter of blood spraying the forest floor all around it.

SLICE 'N' DICER GREENDEMON IS DEAD!!!!!

It was then that the shock of the scene returned F13Fan's voice. He screamed, and screamed, and kept screaming.

The Chainer glowered at him for a brief second, the chains flying back into it's body, as it turned and swung back above the trees. Ferret had turned and hightailed out of the place. Chrono was still unconscious.

The big, wide pair of eyes watching this entire scene from the distance, from one of the high branches of the fig tree, suddenly started raining silent tears of immense fright. Zero shrank back, unable to blink and unable to think. The Chainer filled his thoughts.

Quadrant OMEGA:

Ferret came flying through the bushes, forgetting his wounds and stinging shots of pain his nerves sent to his brain. His mind was filled with images of The Chainer ripping GreenDemon apart, and he was in complete shock.

SCRUNCHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

The blow came swinging out from behind a nearby tree, and Ferret went flying backwards. A deep gash had opened across his chest.

Ferret fell down on the dry leaves which cracked under the weight of his body. He grabbed at a HP in a semi-trance like fashion, looking ahead almost numbed.

Freak had come out of his hiding place, and was walking towards him. Realisation came flooding into Ferret's eyes, and he turned to get up and run. Freak posed like a baseball pitcher for an instant, and brought the Axe out hard.

SCRUNCHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

The blow didn't hit Ferret hard this time. It grazed across his back and tore out a small cut through it. Ferret winced.

Freak swung again, this time reaching closer.

SCRUNCHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

The Axe ripped into Ferret's back cruelly, cutting across his right shoulder blade to his lower ribs, the long deep gash immediately turning crimson. Ferret yelled out weakly and went down. Freak didn't relent.

SCRUNCHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

The final blow of Freak's Axe tore through Ferret's left thigh, a huge chunk of reddened flesh hanging out of it. A big glob of thick blood swelled out, which was joined by several other globs, and soon a long torrent of thick, hot blood was running down Ferret's thigh as he lay there, sobbing and moaning at the same time.

Freak looked at him for a long moment, before dropping his broken Axe.

I would like to take a moment to address my new team.

To those team members that are still with me, I am grateful to have you...I am sad to see that Michelle and Freak have obviously been bitten and turned into Lycans...It isn't their fault, these things happen, but we must understand that they are now the ENEMY...If they had been bitten and turned into zombies, we would know exactly what would have to be done, and this is no different...So, grieve for our loss, then get your heads back in the game.

Welcome our new teammates, but don't get too close to them just yet...We can't be certain where their loyalties lie...For some it's difficult to switch gears, break ties, drop grudges, form a new alliance, etcetera...The team shuffle always causes some uneasiness and suspicion, it's normal...As a team, we need them, so all that we can do is hope that they turn out to be trustworthy...and if we find out otherwise, murder them in their sleep ;)

Who did the sigs - MM? What program are you using? How do you layer an image (ie the wolf) on top of the background (ie the splatter) like that? I tried with Pain, and it FAILED.

(they look good, btw)

Wellll I use Photoshop CS4 cause I when I was in web design we got all those fancy programs for free from this website that was included in our tuition. It has an option for layers. So I did a background layer with the splatters, one for the wolf, and then text defaults to separate layers so I use two colours sometimes as a drop shadow. You can however use the text options to do a drop shadow.

If you can't find a pirated copy of photoshop then you can use Gimp, or Aviary. I like Aviary better because it's online and you don't have to download anything.

As for the splatter: It was supposed to be a set of wings. I took the hand from the image of a demon wraith V posted for our team and took the hand and modified it.

I have Adobe Photoshop CS4 which comes with a color replacement brush. I picked Red and poof. Oh also used "magic wand" to select the hands and figure.

Straker donated 8 HPs to "whoever needed it most",

Roshiq gifted 4 HPs for Rayne, and 2 HPs to "whoever needed it most",

(by this time, Rayne's trip to the Reward Chamber was finished - and the Lycans were patiently waiting for the outcome of that)

Fiend Skull was in Sector D, where he fired his crossbow's 3 arrows into CHRONOGRL!!!

Doc Faustus was in Sector A, where he fired his crossbow's 3 arrows into RAYNE!!!

MissMacabre was in Sector H, where she fired her crossbow's 3 arrows, her special BONUS SHOT, and 1 huge rip of her chainsaw, all into RAYNE!!!

Jenna26 was in Sector F, where she fired her crossbow's 3 arrows into RAYNE!!!

Rayne was bleeding, torn, ripped and thankful to her gods for the last Reward Chamber outing, where she had won all those Bonus HPs...

She had 10 shots and a chainsaw rip into her by now, but thankfully enough Bonus HPs which had bolstered her HP count...

Then came Michelle, who was in Sector G, where she fired her crossbow's 3 arrows into CHRONOGRL!!!

Dude Guadalupe landed himself in Sector B, where he fired his crossbow's 3 arrows into CHRONOGRL!!!

Ferretchucker found RAYNE in his roamings, and immediately fired his crossbow's 3 arrows into her!!!

(but alas, in his over-enthusiasm and eager excitement, he forgot to mention which sector he was in!!)

Then Freak went in Sector E, and fired his crossbow's 3 arrows into RAYNE!!!

And that was where the Chainer hid.

His chains darted and curled around Freak, ripping into his body in many places. Freak grabbed and tugged and pulled free repeatedly, his body getting mauled all over.

Luckily, Freak had enough HPs to withstand the Chainer's severe attack. He used up 20 HPs, but survived!!!

And,

that's all!

Eh? What's that? What is your query?

Where was Zero, you ask?

Seems like Ferret forgot his sector, and Zero forgot his sector AND who to shoot, both, i.e., I received NO PM from Zero!

And because of that, all Lycans have been SHOT FIVE TIMES by the Snipers in the watchtowers when the deadline ticked over!!!

I sent the message and then told MM that I had already taken my shots. I will admit that this message is not in my sent-messages but I swear I sent it - some sort of bizarre glitch. Everyone here knows I was helping coordinate the sectors and targets - I have no idea how this didn't get sent.

I learned years ago to always, ALWAYS, check my sent messages when I send something (I even do it with hotmail, yahoo, and facebook)...It has become a force of habit that I don't even think about...The internetz is an evil, glitchy thing

- A sweeping shot of the mass graves behind the killer's house during the climactic sequence of Suspect Zero.
- Zohra Lampert's character in the process of doing a gravestone tracing in Let's Scare Jessica To Death.
- The dobermans leaping towards the townspeople in In The Mouth of Madness.
- Amber Heard fallen inside the hole-cum-animal-grave and covered in mud and black dirt during the final scenes of All The Boys Love Mandy Lane.

There are 540 points up for grabs in the above challenge. BUT REMEMBER, THE SCREENGRABS YOU SEND ME MUST BE OF THE SAME EXACT MOMENT I HAVE DESCRIBED ABOVE! If the picture doesn't match the description, you will not get any points.

Important Rule Regarding Challenge #11

The screencaps you send me SHOULD BE DIFFERENT, for each contestant. If any of them are similar, you stand to LOSE points.

Sorry, but we are advancing in Battle Royale. So the Challenge does get tougher...and will get increasingly tougher.

So, all of those who thought you would merely forward someone else's PMed screencaps, think again...and start hunting those DVDs (or VHSes) down. ;)

The members in your team who DO have the movies in question can take screencaps with subtle changes and pass it around. Like take 3-4 pics while the Cast credits are rolling up, so that there's some variety.

That way you all can help each other out.

It was this way in the first Battle Royale...It was this way in the second Battle Royale...I feel it would be safe to think it will be the same this time around...

It is. Everyone who has played BR before knows this. And it is there for a reason since this particular Challenge was inducted in BR for the first time.

(Remember during the first Battle Royale, Urge stayed up practically ALL NIGHT taking screencaps of one-second intervals for his Ash's Chainsaws team!)

That is why everyone are in teams. It's about finding the answers together as a team and working as a well-oiled and coordinated unit (one goes to find a bunch of Changeling SCs, while another tackles FD4, a third looks around for Dust Devil, etc.), and not merely being a lazyass sitting on your bum waiting for someone to pass you the answers and merely forwarding them off to me.

What good does that do for your own self and for your team? Surely in the 72-odd hours (in one Challenge I had given 5 whole days time!), members should find enough time to come online and do some co-ordination with each other.

When people complete their own challenge, they don't have to try to get a different image, it just happens naturally...A 30-second shot contains quite a few different images, the chance that 2 people out of 10 will get the SAME image is pretty slim...In a 5 second shot, the chance that you will have very similar images from more than 5 people is high, but unavoidable...Percentage of probablity dictates how much effort (if any) someone puts into these challenges

You only have to make sure you have a different image, if you are getting 'help' from someone else, and if there are a wide range of image possibilities.

I think Rayne can help you with this.

I am gonna get in shit for this but, I call bullshit. Love ya V, but you can't expect people to remember things from one year to the next, especially when they are busy. Last year I had enough shit going on and I only read challenges and my inbox. You didn't put that in your original post for the challenge, you only mentioned having separate links. To bring it up any time after the original post is ridiculous when you know everyone will want their answers in asap. My team DID all work on the challenge together. I can forward you the many messages between all of us both here an on facebook all morning if you want. We just didn't know we had to take a different shot for each person. If this kinda stuff is going to happen, I would rather quit before I'm unfairly killed. That is all.

What is the use of a Challenge, then? Why call it a Challenge either?

And why the 3, 4, 5, even 6-day deadlines given for each Challenge if I get 20 entries within 5 hours?

I didn't highlight it the first year, nor in the second. Both times all teams involved got the information later, but still managed to send in their entries with slightly different screengrabs within the deadline. If in doubt, ask me for clarification. I was sure all the ones from the first two BRs should remember this and pass it on to the newcomers in their team, as like the Wordsearch and Crossword puzzles. I don't have to underline every small thing involved in a Challenge, and you have to agree that one has to earn 30 points first, than merely forwarding links and answers.

I won't debate this further, since everyone seems hellbent on crucifying me over things they should know as a returning contestant.

I sincerely appreciate your effort because I know you had serious issues, in fact I'm truly surprised that you were able to complete this challenge at all...Saytan is experiencing some severe internet issues, which made her challenge far more 'challenging' as well, but she fought through it and managed to pull through...Chrono was doing more than her fair share, while working the challenge around her job...I have a pretty awesome team :)

That said, it doesn't seem like we should all be penalized because one person forgot how to play, and didn't ask for 'clarification'.

I sincerely appreciate your effort because I know you had serious issues, in fact I'm truly surprised that you were able to complete this challenge at all...Saytan is experiencing some severe internet issues, which made her challenge far more 'challenging' as well, but she fought through it and managed to pull through...Chrono was doing more than her fair share, while working the challenge around her job...I have a pretty awesome team :)

That said, it doesn't seem like we should all be penalized because one person forgot how to play, and didn't ask for 'clarification'.

Gotta admit im surprised as well. All for the glory of the team.....which is awesome.
Thanks for the help girls, next round's on me.
Im guessing a couple of HP's strait up, shaken....not stirred.

This was the toughest and most time consuming challenge yet. Can't say it wouldn't feel like a kick in the balls having it scrapped. I'd rather lose the challenge, but have my teams effort acknowledged, than have the challenge scrapped all together. I know I wouldn't have been able to get this challenge done without a few people in my team putting in some extra time and effort.

As a neutral observer of The Battle and also a former participant, I can testify that the challenge in question is one of the toughest of the lot. Just my 2 cents but I think it should be left as is.

now carry on with the slaughter :D

Yes, it is and it's also one of my favorites!...I love this challenge, and the crossword and word search...Ooooh, and the scrambles....and...Hmm, I guess I kinda love ALL of the challenges!...But, I'd say my top 5 are definitely:

1) Crossword
2) Screenshot (this one)
3) Looking for specific items in screenshots (we haven't done that one this time around...yet)
4) Scrambles
5) Word Search

The only one I didn't like was the essay part at the end of the first Battle Royale...But, that was kinda dropped, we didn't do it in the second Battle Royale.

I seriously LOVE this game...And the more 'challenging' a challenge is, the more I like it...I just really, REALLY like to play and compete :)

Oh...and I gotta say it one more time...

My team is AWESOME!

Oh, man, I loooooooooooooooooove the essays (says the former English major) - I was TOTALLY bummed that they were done away with last year - That was my favorite part of the first one (and the reason why I loved HDC Idol so much)...

After that I'd say I like the Crossword a lot... I have a tough time with word searches and scrambles, but still enjoy them in the name of Battle Royale.

The screen capture challenge is by far the hardest and most challenging, but I love it because most of these movies I haven't seen so it gets me to watch them. I've struggled with it in the past, but I think it's a good solid challenge.

He's put in insane work into this and while I can honestly say i had no memory of the 'different shots' part - I respect his imagination and effort. So - you'll hear no more complaints from the monkey.

I don't see the point in the challenge being scrapped, none of us are saying we want it to be that way. But I have to agree with Missmacabre, I just read the rules and follow them. Heck, for all we knew you could have decided to make it a little easier this year. We followed the listed rules for the Battle Royale 3 challenge 9, and so the rules of Battle Royale 1 challenge 11 shouldn't also automatically be drafted in from our own memories. And there isn't always time to get points clarified, especially ones like this. Getting the answers in fast means the difference between winning and losing.

I know at the end of the day this is just a game, albeit a very fun and imaginitive one, but it's one that we have not broken the rules off and whilst it may cause some debate there's no need to scrap it! If arguments over games were that bad then Monopoly would be outlawed by now and Ol' Moneybags would be someone's bitch in the showers as we speak.

Are you missing this integral part of the overall picture?

It would be nice if all of the people who expect someone else to play the game for them, would just refrain from signing on...

I guess the huge difference of opinion some of us have is that the challenges are the fun part of the game. The fun in a game like this for me comes from the socialization, strategizing and hunting each other (all of which I dont have time for either.) The challenges are just a means to an end... A way to determine who gets to do what type of strategizing and who hunts who. I don't find it even remotely fun to check in and find a challenge that's going to require hours out of my life just to get to the part I do enjoy.

So I have a solution...

Everyone else can be declared the winner of the challenge since they all seem to have put in effort and I'll go into the hunting zone unarmed where everyone can just kill me this week (since I put in no effort and it still took me 20 minutes.) If the challenges are gonna be this time-consuming all the way throughout the game, I'm not gonna have time to play once it becomes individual anyway.

Near enough everybody found at least one picture and whilst some may have put in a bit more work than others we still did it. I went onto youtube, sifted through a few videos til I found that goat scene, printscreened it and saved it into paint. Whilst that wasn't the final one we used because one of better quality was found, I still put the effort in as did so many others.

All I'm saying is, like in Posher's thread about that scum family picketing the funeral, none of the listed rules were broken.

I actually put a lot of time into this challenge, a lot more time than I had to spare really. Except for one, which I wasn't willing to download the movie for, I actually did find them all on my own. But I used the others my team found of better quality because I didn't realize it was against the rules not to. And that's fine, I lose points. BUT, I have to say, I don't have the kind of time to spend on this game for it to not even count. That's precious time to me. As it has been pointed out, there WAS communication between our team. We DID work together. I was having fun, but to be honest........I'd rather just be killed off now. The implication that I didn't put the time or effort in on this challenge, well, let's just say I have enough stress in my life without adding even a little more because of something that's supposed to be fun. And I am not saying anything against anyone for having differing opinions, or against V for the awesome job he does here. :)
