jimi hendrix ripped off cream and hendrix ripped off eric clapton. Eric clapton is far more influential but people just dont say it enough.

You do realize that the guitarist for Cream was Clapton, right?
Plus, how do you figure Clapton doesn't get his due? I would say he is thought of as one of the three or four greatest living guitarists in the world today! Oh yeah, that reminded me... I want Santana on my list instead of S.R. Vaughn. Vaughn's good, but I like Carlos' style better! Anyways, Slash kicks all their asses with his thrashing metal solos! (I know he's slightly less talented, but he rocks a lot harded to make up for it.)

slash can do stuff with his hands that no other guitarist can and hes a faster guitar player then any other guitarist . just listen to paradise city greaste solo of all time and it was improvd
