friday 13th VI

i've noticed that a lot of you really seem to hold part 6 in high regard. i own this on vhs and is perhaps my least favorite. it seems that every time a kill is about to take place the camera cuts away before we see any gore. could i possibly have an edited version? if so i'd like to purchase the dvd but i don't wanna waste my money if it's gonna be the same version i've got on vhs. anyone got any info?

If I'd seen this film, I'd give you an answer, so as I've not seen this film, I can't give you an answer, but if you want an answer, you'll have to wait for some one who can answer, because they've seen this film, enabling them to give you an answer, thats if you still want an answer buy the time they get round to typing their answer, unless you find an answer somewhere else, then in that case, any answer given here will be total useless as an answer thats already been answered, and will probably be unadmissable as another answer.

I hope that helps you to find an answer. If not, ask something else, and I'll be happy to answer.

Part VI is easiy my least favorite of the series as well. It's essentially an anti horror horror film: note the way the old man looks right at the audience when he say "Some people got a strange idea of entertainment." and the little girl's incredulous reaction when she's told "Adults think it's fun to be scared". It was obviously made by somebody who didn't want to be doing a horror film. But then again, I like Part V and Part VII, and no one else likes those so I'm probably not the best person to ask.
