So..."Heroes Reborn"...

I just read about this.

Apparently there was some kind of promo saying this was coming in 2015.

I loved season 1...loved it...it did things with heroes/comic type vibe that in my opinion has seldom been attained by any given form of media, tv, or movie.

Then that while writers strike bit...yeesh...it was like season 2 actually had a different writer for every single episode or something. A different storyline all the time, things not followed through. Crap.

Season 3 tried to make things very different. Some wins, some fails.

S4 had a ridiculous "big bad" though I liked the idea of the govt agency as an ongoing threat. Sylars journey for redemption was both interesting and probably the best part of the series.
I finally felt like, despite flaws, heroes had made a slight comeback.
Then it ended. Like that.

All I can say is, I have high hopes.

Yeah, hard to not lose interest...first year was stellar, followed by easily the worst season of the entire show.
Never quite got back up there, by the time it looked sorted, well I guess a LOT of people had lost interest.

Still, I watched. Hopefully. There were some cool moments. If the series was only those cool moments, it would have worked...not to be.

From what I understand it's something like a reboot/continuation, some of the characters will return, though not many.

Personally I'd really like to see the split personality character played by Ali Larter which they wrote out for some reason with a shitty replacement.

"HRG" was pretty solid, would be interesting to see him in a duplicitous role.

Of course it would be cool to see Sylar again though apparently this isn't likely, and fair enough, they more or less wrote his story.

It would make sense for Hiro to come back...after all, that future version didn't just come from nowhere. I guess that means Petrelli would be a likelihood as well.

I'd hope they leave the circus folk out of it.

They would have to get a different actor to play Hiro, he's on Hawaii Five-O now.

I wouldn't mind seeing a reboot. Like everyone else has said, I thought the first season was excellent, lost interest during season 2. Now I'm trying to catch up watching it on Netflix.

Stop watching after season 2. No real interest to go back to it
