Self-Promotion: Buy Detritus, a new horror anthology

I'll move this thread to the Books section, where it rightfully belongs, after a few days.

I have a story appearing a a new horror anthology from Omnium Gatherum Media. The book is called DETRITUS.

http://blog.omniumgatherumedia.com/m...iday-the-13th/

Quote:
The impulse to collect springs from deep within the human psyche Squirrels gather acorns, rats collect shiny things, but only humans assign meaning to the objects they collect. Detritus is a collection of stories about the impulse to collect, preserve, and display gone horribly wrong.

Kate Jonez and S.S. Michaels have assembled a diverse range of exceptionally disturbing stories from authors from around the world. Each of the stories, whether about a collection that is world changing or intensely personal, is sure to linger in readers’ thoughts and make them consider the possibility that malice and evil just might lurk in their own hoard of stuff.
If you buy this book, you'll not only get a book full of some really creepy tales, you'll help your resident curmudgeon on his rather late start of a writing career. There's an international cast of writers from the United States, England & Australia. Every one of these stories offer a unique take on the act of collecting gone wrong. Take a chance, all you HDC bibliophiles!

Congrats buddy!

Is this available for overseas people such as me? I don't have a Paypal account and the payment system is not accepting both my debit cards. Think I will wait till it comes up on Amazon.

Which reminds me, I still owe Doc a few buys...

It will be available on Amazon in a few days, as noted, and on Amazon.uk a little bit later, if that's better for you.

I just found out I can offer signed copies at cover price plus shipping, if there's anyone at all interested.

Congratulations, that's really cool. Book sounds worth checking out. Being a pathological collector myself I know how carried away a person can get with his infatuation. I'm now trying to break the habit as I truly don't have anymore room for anything.:o
