I wouldn't say I have a favorite. I always really enjoyed Claudio Gizzi's scores for Blood for Dracula and Flesh for Frankenstein.
Gene Moore's organ themes for Carnival of Souls are fantastic, too.

I really enjoy how the music in From Dusk Till Dawn helped the atmosphere...I feel the music complimented the movie tremendously.
