Famous Lovecraft landmark up for Sale

Damn I really want this. Its a bit far away for me though :-)

135 Benefit Street in Providence, Rhode Island - the house that Lovecraft wrote about in his story 'The Shunned House' is up for sale. The house was the source of real life tragedy too for the orginal builder/occupant (several of his children died, and others were stillborn while his wife went mad)..

I'm afraid I don't have $925,000 to spare. Still, it's cheaper than the Amityville Horror house.

That area is pretty nice but it's a stones throw from some rundown areas.
