There's elements of horror?
I'd say it was more sci-fi/comedy though. But seriously, not to be missed. The short version is: Sentenced community service workers are granted...kind of unusual abilities. Though there's a lot more to it than that. Very funny, REALLY well written. You could probably get a torrent of the 6 episode first series pretty easily, I guarantee if you watch the pilot, you'll probably want to watch through the entire season over a day or two.
