I've seen this on http://boards.4chan.org/x/ a lot. try asking them, or ask /r/ or /gif/. /gif/ would probably know, /r/ is mostly people requesting porn.

Whoa....I would think it would be from a kids show or something, except for the evil grin it gives. Looks strangely familiar though.

I was thinking along the lines of a movie similar to Freaks, something like that. I've asked elsewhere and no one seems to know what it's from.

I'd sure like to watch whatever the pigman is from though, lol.
