Eminem - Relapse

Not the best audience here, but I'm gonna anyway.

To say I was a fan of this guys would be a bit of an overstatement...see, I thought his first few songs back in the day were funny and showed potential (eg - the slim shady album) mainly because so much was produced by Dre I guess.

I actually really liked The Marshall Mathers LP, alltogether between the fact he'd developed his style a little more, had some great beats and collaborative artists on there.

Since then, he's put out something like ?6? albums and aside from maybe 1-2 tracks per album I haven't considered him worth listening to.

So, got the new album...I always check 'em out and usually end up deleting them since then. (That said, I purchased a copy of the MMLP because I liked it, so no anti piracy rants here please)
Relapse.
Actually pretty good. Good beats. Lyrically...her'en there, a few collaborations that are cool, Dre steps in here'n there too, felt similar in style to the other one I liked.
It just feels like more effort went into this.
I like it, and I would say that if you wanted a good album to grab this one & don't worry about the rest.
Forget "we made you", easily the worst track on the album.

Have a listen if you can stand this kind've stuff.

I'd reco
"Stay wide Awake"
"Insane"
"must be the ganja"
and "old times sake"

I listened to it, loved it. It reminded me of when I was younger and listened to all of his other albums for the first time.

A pretty cool video for one of the songs:

I'm definitely going to buy it. My favorite tracks are a toss-up between "Insane" and "Deja Vu"

"Old Time's Sake" and "Same Song and Dance" are pretty good too.
