Contracts are being inked this morning. Will be signing them shortly. Will be able to break the news shortly after.

Tough Guy/Crime Film
Very cool A-List Director
Academy Award Winning Actor (a different one)
A tenative August start date

very excited

we have three other HORROR films in the works as well... more news soon

More teasing:

the actor has a film in the top ten box office this week (and several weeks now)

one of the upcoming horror flicks has a current Japanese horror director attached

Well, Observe & Report was released April 10. It has Ray Liotta, who dropped out of Gaillo early on. Ooops- no Oscar.

No Oscar for Vin Diesel (Fast & Furious).

However- Nicolas Cage (Knowing) HAS won an Oscar!

That appears to be the only actor to fit all the clues....
