I have returned, now cower in fear.
Figured I'd give you guys an explination on why I dun disapeared on you.
So yeah, I've been at my buddies house an hour from here, he has no electricity in that house(he lives in another) so we were running a generator for lights and stuff at night. And during the weekdays we were clearing trees out in the woods behind his house on his property(about 200acres I was told). We made a big clearing and a nice wide path from his house to said clearing. Now mind you this was just use and a couple of trucks doing this. we would cut down the trees, cut them up into shorter lengths and with the help of a woodsplitter we cut it all up into fire wood. That said firewood is stacked up behind his fathers house, directly across the road and up the hill/mountain side of my buddies house. He lives in basicly a 1 room shack with an outhouse off to the side of said shack, and a woodstove inside his house. So he's using the wood to keep warm this winter, and probably from the looks of the ammount(because there was alot and its only a cabin/shack thing) probably enough for a few years(maybe, I dunno how much he uses) But I guess what my buddy plans on doing is putting in a pond which he is going to fill with trout so he can go and fish there for dinner whenever he wants or for fun when he and whoever is there is just messing around. The rest of the area he's going to make into kind of a camp/party/hangout spot with 2-3 firepits and couple of outhouses(outdoor poopsheds basicly) for people to use. Now being the nice guy I am I did this all for free.... yeah not really, see he had offered me and another couple of my buddies to come and do this with him till it was done and he would pay us a good amount at the end, which he did, and we trusted he would because the fuckers loaded. Now I have $2500 sitting in my bank, a big sack of bud, and a few cartons of cigs(since vermont was a 10 minute ride from there we went and picked up some to last us for a while). All in all, i'm sore, tired, and only got back wednesday, yesterday I was too busy with a big dinner at my house, we had 33 members of my family come over. So yeah, thats what I've been up to. Now everybody tell me how much you missed me.:D
