Help, need to find this movie!

This has been driving me up the wall!

When i lived in china i saw this Jhorror movie but with chinese subtitles (i can't read chinese). Amazingly i more or less followed/enjoyed/was scared shitless by it. Anyway i dont know its name but in the chinese translates as somthing like the "young singing ghost".

So... what can I remember about it. Really great opening sciene where a girl is practicing her singing after Choir lessons in a spookyish school practice hall, on the way out a sheet of manuscript slits her throte. she realises she is a gohst that morning cause no one reactis to her. To her missfortune she's stuck in the school with another ghost she's terrified of and she can't leave.

It turns out her best friend can hear her and together they try and uncover what happened and solve everything so the dead girl can rest in peace. Also i think the dead girl was gay and in love with her best friend and thats why the ghost whent for her but not so srue about that.

well anyway if anyone can come up with a name or shortlist for what movie this was i'd be soo greatful! I realy wanna aprieciate it again with the ability to understand whats going on fully!

The seeing and freeing of ghosts theme and the music hall setting are all actually fairly common.
