unknown horror movie

first: Regards from Germany!

I watched a horror movie together with my brother but we don't know the title of that movie. Perhaps one of you ...??

We watched that movie round about 17 years ago. We borrowed the video tape.

I think it was a vampire movie and I can remeber in one sequence. There was a man or goblin or something. And out of his mouth a long long worm or snake came out. I'm not sure but I think in the special video tape in the movie "RING" there is the same sequence but only for a second. That's the reason why I remembered that old movie.
