Requiem for a dream is probably my favorite... Ravenous is close up there.. but they are more film scores....

As a soundtrack just with songs and sound bites etc... a few I like are Natural Born Killers, Hardware, Idiot box.

If we're talking about the best film scores, 2001: A Space Odyssey, Suspiria, and The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly take the cake.

If we're talking about a soundtrack of previously recorded music, I'd say Goodfellas, Pulp Fiction, or Forrest Gump (hate the movie, love the soundtrack) would do it for me.
