Another movie for ID

I think this was a Creepshow type movie, with different stories. This is another movie I remember from the mid 1980s...

There was a scene of a watermelon, and a worm..The worm ended up going into the watermelon, that was sitting on a counter top, and Someone picked the watermelon up and placed it in their car, and they drove off. The worm grew huge and ended up crawling under the person's skin while driving. I remember the person dying. I don't remember if it was from the worm or a accedent. I remeber the person screaming in pain while the worm was invading there body...

Anyone remember this movie? I think it was around 1986, or 87 when I watched it, And if I recall it was on HBO...

Well...It actually didn't start until 1989...Hmm
