Please help me with the title

Greatings all,

I am having a problem when I was about 7 or 8 I saw a zombie movie but was not able to see it all thanks to my parents (they thought it was too gory...no such thing). so the problem is for the past 20 some od years I have been searching for this movie but dont remember the title.

All I have is a couple of sceens that I can describe and hope that some other horror fan has seen this movie and remembers it including the title.

scene 1 opens at a Nuclear power or some other industrial complex with two guws in environment suits they find a dead rat and one of them pick's it up where it comes back to life and crawls into his suit and proceeds to eat his heart.....

Scene 2 at some point they end up in some third world country filming a bunch of nativs that turn out to be canables that kill them and eat them....

and the last sceen I remember is the ending where a rather pretty blond gets caught by zombies and torn apart the most memrable thing about this is that she screems and one of the zombies ripps out her jaw as she screams.

that is all I can remember so far I have checked out all of the zombie movies from all of the video stores (much to my wifes dismey) with no luck.

Its been years since I saw it but it sounds a bit like Hell of the Living Dead (1980), directed by Bruno Mattei & Claudio Fragasso.
