new guy saying hello. liked horror movies from when i was a kid
new guy here
sup i started liking horror since i was a kid and watched IT and the NOES series havent watched much old horror, theres a couple id like to watch though. i watch all the new horror movies that come out, some are crap, but once in a while ill find one i like. eg. wrong turn, the others, the ring. i dont read much horror, but when i do i prefer short stories yeh thats it basically, this looks like a good site to talk about horror (duh its horror.com) so i think ill plonk down here for a while Lol

well i dont hate the aliens franchise i just like predator better. but dont worry im not gonna only blab on about pred movies, its just my nick. i mean i love pred, but ive seen many unreltated horror movies that are better to talk about. i dont wanna get into arguments with aliens fans, although discussions are all good hhehe. *new guy waves hello to everybdoy*

this is not my bias speaking, but i really think the aliens have to be wiped out, because i think this film is set before the aliens movies, and therefore no aliens could exist on earth, otherwise they would have bred to enormous numbers.
as for the predators, i think they might end up detonating themselves. this could happen if they are too badly outnumbered by aliens, (they underestimated the amount of aliens that would be there when they came to hunt, and since they are doomed anyway they selfdestruct to destroy the aliens). or maybe some preds could survive and the humans could find a way to make them leave...i do recall something in an AVP comic i read AGES ago about the humans stealing secrets off the preds and using it to force the preds to leave. so IMO it would be a draw, or the preds win, but have to leave :)

yeh IT was a terryfying movie, as was NOES, they made me scared to sleep some nights as a kid when i first saw it, and im still scared when watching the movies now. lol obviously im not scared to sleep anymore, but during the movie i still get chills. for avp, all theyve released so far is a trailer and a behind the scenes commentary thing. incase u havent seen it yet, its at http://www.avp-movie.com/ as for paul anderson....well i like event horizion but i didnt like resident evil much. so im pretty ambivalent, but his behind the scenes commentary sounds alright. i just hope that they dont make the preds become allies with the humans. sure the preds arent AS evil as the aliens, but still itd be kind of lame if they start holding hands with the humans lol

just a correction on my last post. i said they have released a trailer for avp, what i meant was they have released a teaser. theres prob a big diff between the two terms.
