What's it Called ????
Many thanks for the replies,
Have downloaded and tried "The Gate" but its not the film i am looking for, I think that Peter weller was in it? Perhaps it was an early film ? Please help

Which one are you looking for, the giant rat movie? (yawn, makes coffee) It had some weird title like "Of Unknown Origin" or something like that. I figure that's the one you're looking for because Peter Weller did only one horror film early in his career that I know of.

Oh wait a minute! I remember! We answered this question already and you were probably confusing two films, "Patrick" and "From Beyond" ...
It wasn't "The Gate," that title is always given as a joke.
