the best or most memorable death scene

I have seen the cheesey death thread, but I have not seen your ideas on the best or most memorable death in a horror movie disscused yet.

Here is mine.

This scene comes from "Dog Soldiers", it is the scene where Spoon is battling the werewolf for his life. The reason I chose this scene is because of all the horror flicks I watch most of the victims try to run away. Almost no one stands up to the insane thing trying to kill them.

Anyhowls this scene is very enjoyable to watch Spoon literally throws everything that is not nailed down at the werewolf. He even manages to take out one of the were's tooth, which comically enough gets stuck like a dart into the door frame. At the end of the scene Spoon uters the best tag line I have ever heard in a werewolf movie. "I HOPE I GIVE YOU THE SHITS!!!"

There is my most memorible death scene what are yours.

Without a doubt, I will never get the treetops sequence from Wrong Turn that leads up to the most memorable axe head-split I have ever seen.

In second place would be Tatum's garage door head crush in Scream.

Yes both very memorable death scenes. I also enjoyed the arrow through the eye of the forest ranger in "Wrong Turn" very well done.

The most shocking death scene that still stands out to me is the death scene at the beginning of "Ghost Ship."

I don't want to spoil it for anyone who has not seen the movie.

Most memorable to me

Puppet Master 2

When Tunneler drills the whole in the one guy's head. That is fucking hardcore. I remember that one above all because that was my first real encounter with gore in a movie.

Decapitation in "The Omen". Maybe not the best death scene, but definately memorable.
