DC related

Just wondering what you folks thought about the potential spin-offs and continuation of smallville that the rumour mill is churning out?
Green Arrow spin-off, and potentially some kind of "justice league" show?
The green arrow character came into the show initially to gather 'superpowered/special ability' people for an undisclosed, but pretty evident reason, not to mention telling the Kent character to "get back to him when he wants to start doing some real good in the world" in former episodes.
Not the very next episode of smallville, but the one after looks to be a justice league style team-up, featuring dc characters that have formerly appeared in the show - green arrow, the flash (bart allan, who was actually 'impulse' a kind of newer 'kid flash', but has since attained the flash mantle in the current comic series), cyborg, aquaman along with Kent, in an episode titled (aptly enough) "Justice"
Do you think that a fully fledged "superman" will ever happen in smallville?
Where is batman in the smallville universe? I know there was a chick who was more or less very alike to batman in terms of origin and methods...but yknow...she'd probably be "huntress" if it came down to it.
I wouldn't mind seeing one of the teams founding fathers, the green lantern make some kind've appearance, but only if very well done minus all cheese.
So...anyone care to discuss?

There was times in the beggining of the show where it felt more like it was trying to be "buffy on kryptonite", but I've kept with it from the beggining, some crap episodes, but always watchable. Season 4 was fucking allover the place, I didn't much like it at all, but I think that midway through season 5, the show really picked up, with a lot more "superman"-ish elements in the storylines, the whole show is practically set in metropolis now, the powers are there, the guest appearances are cool, and Lex Luthor has finally been starting to show signs of the villainous bastard he's meant to be.
You could more or less start to watch the show at season 6, without having seen anything before it, so much has changed...
But yeah, maybe it's just me, into the ol' comics - into the show.
I'm totally hanging out for Lex Luthor to go into full-on evil mode, I think the guy that plays him now may well be the best ever onscreen, at least, closest to his comic counterpart. As well as that, I'm digging the justice league related elements coming into it, so long as they don't make it completely stupid I'm down.

Yeah, the green arrow character is a little different from his comics counterpart, but the way they bring him into it is pretty cool. His adgenda is basically to gather superhumans to deal with global threats...(The phrase "justice league" was even thrown into mention in one of the episodes).
By the look of it, the first taste of that will be in the next episode "Justice", with tha majority of the dc universe "superheroes" that have made appearances in smallville thus far, together to counter some kind've army of superhuman clones Luthor is attempting to control.
Could get cool - I personally wouldn't mind a spin-off series or two, as long as the quality is there.
Funny trivia:
The guy that plays Lex Luthor in smallville was the guy that voiced "the flash" in the justice league cartoon. Also, the guy who played aquaman in the pilot to the uncontinued series, now plays green arrow in smallville.
