30 Days of Night
This one is supposed to be released in October. For those who don't know the source material it's from a graphic novel (now an ongoing comic series) about vampires invading a far-northern Alaskan town during the sunless winter.
The book is great fun and I just got ahold of the script today. I'll post a review when I've had a chance to read it.
