How much do you care??
Do you really care about what other people think of you? The way you dress, talk, do your hair,and how smart you really are? I know alot of people who say they don't give a fuck and yet get mad if someone says something about them. I guess i do care what others think of me.I would never go out in public without my hair done and my make up on. I'll be honest, i hate when someone hates me. I try to be perfect so everyone will like me. So, what about you guys?

its true!
of course, as for me, i can be a total slob. i usually stop shaving around thursday in anticipation of the weekend and will, on occassion, wear the same pair of pants all week (of course they usually don't get too dirty). this is why i love hiking in the wilderness - not fashion expectations. this, of course, might explain my nonexistent lovelife . . . oh well!

i care enought to respect the peace of others .. re noise - swearing .. etc.
i dont care about grooming other than being clean and presentable. i have to be clean, my clothes have to be clean. i might not shave or wear anything but jeans, sneakers, and a tshirt though. if i go to a wedding or other formal event i dress appropriately out of respect. i dont go out of my way to hurt people so i might be bothered for 2 seconds if someone doesnt like me the way i am - but thats it - if they dont - and there's no good reason for it - fuck them. if i did something i wasnt aware of - or was misunderstood and that was the cause of the rift then i'll do what i can to set the record straight ..i care enough for that. unlike some others i've dealt with - i dont want to steamroll through life not caring about the people around me .. i care enough to be a good citizen ... if someone doesnt like the way i look, or laugh, or the pitch of my voice - oh well, i'll live. they're probably as stupid as dirt anyway :p Last edited by urgeok; 11-04-2006 at 07:11 AM.

Verbal fighting matches bore me anyway...I lose interest quickly...Then they're just left yelling at themselves...Which is actually kinda funny to watch... As for fixing your hair and considering what you'd wear in public...You should do that based on what YOU think and what YOU like, no one else...Sure, I brush my hair and put clothes on when I leave the house...But, not because I'm afraid of what someone ELSE might think if I didn't...Only because I wouldn't like it if I didn't...Does that make sense?

Life is to short to care about what anyone else thinks of you.
People waste too much time trying to be something that society tells them they should be instead of being who they really are. I shower when "I" think I stink. I will cut my hair when I step on it. I will shave when I get tired of scratching my face. I wear what I feel comfortable in, regardless of the situation. To me black jeans at a wedding are acceptable. I make no excuses for my foul language. If you didnt want to hear my opinion then dont ask. I dont lie. Ask my wife. "Do you promise to love me forever?" my answer- "No." Never make promises, that way no one can call you a liar. And honestly Pink who cares if someone hates you? Most dont even know what the definition of the word "hate" really means. And have they really bothered to know you or is it just a general judgement call on their part? If someone says they hate you for whatever reason its their problem that they would bother for doing so in the first place.
