Suspence to jumping?

Hey, i noticed there was a thread about the best jump out of your seat scene, im just wondering though what is the best movie with the type of scheme the grudge uses, were it builds suspence to something then gives you a jump out of your seat moment, any suggestions will be cool so i can go hire them today or tomorrow
