I can only tolerate a very small amount of Electronica, but Aphex Twin is the creme de la creme of that genre. His earlier albums are better, I think. The drum and bass stuff is a little too much for me, but if that's what you like, Aphex Twin is the way to go.

Favorite Albums: I Care Because You Do and Richard D. James Album.

I've been into Aphex since about 1992...I thinks it's all good, but it depends on your tolerance to this kind of music...

There's a few different phases he goes through but to start I'd go for I CARE BECAUSE YOU DO, which is a kind of mixed bag but pretty much a good starting point...plus they've just released the Hangabale Autobulb eps on CD which are amongst my faves

Anyone wanting a sample just PM...not big on mp3ing tracks but can let you have a listen if you're curious

All of aphex twins tunes are so amazing! his range and ability are like only afew other eletrical composers and they even cant mach the shear amount of realises that richard d james has realest.and he has reliesed under so many othe names (you should look some up them up A.F.X, polygon window, caustic window) there is also a cd called Expert knob twiddles by mike and rich its very good aswell. i recently burnened all my aphex cds on to my computer which came to 2.67 gigs and i can honestly say its all good. I even to my delight managed to get all the analord eps off the net.

im a big fan had to pass on the inf
