Hunter Hunted

Anyone remember this?

Came out 'round 96 or so for PC. I found a box of old games, most were crap....but I saw this and remembered playing it. The graphics still looks pretty good, gameplay is basic but fun, and Garathe Den is beyond cool. Great game.

Name seems familiar but I may just be thinking about those Hunter games from White Wolf publishing. Reckoning was the first one I think, for the XBox. Any relation to that series?

Ive never heared of those, but this is from Sierra, so I doubt it.

Heres the plot...it sucks as far as storyline/originality, but makes a damn fine game set-up:

The Masters, a cruel race of Aliens, has enslaved Earth. For entertainmemt, they realease 2 beings into a complicated arena/maze-type thing. One human, and one....other. Fight to the death.

For the most part, you never actually go up against each other. You alternate playing as either character through mission mode, and eventually, Id assume, you square off. Havnt got that far yet though :p

This anything like your games?

I stand corrected. This is the Human character, Jake, fighting an ememy simply called Death. Garathe Den, the uh...not human character might be in the background:

Here's a really small screenshot....shows Jake trying to get Garathe with a rocket launcher and Garathe leaping to safety:
