Perhaps THE coolest hillbilly film? I picked up a copy of this recently and fuckin' loved it. Totally nasty minded, violent and trashy (exactly how I love my films to be). It's defintley a step back into non-P.C past of the horror film (I'd be suprised if they'd let anyone make something like this these days).
While on a trip some girls are abducted by Ike, Addley and their deranged Ma. Ma gets her boys to train themselves physically and mentally in the art of murder and abduction to protect her from her crazy sister who's apparently prowling round the woods waiting for her chance to get her. The abducted girls become part of Ma's boys training resulting in some truely sadistic torture, rape and murder..... but in a blackly funny way. Turns into a pretty decent revenge flick (ala I Spit On Your Grave) after the girls escape and Ma and her boys get despatched in grizzly ways. Directed by Charles Kaufman it was the film to kick off the Troma empire (5 years later they made The Toxic Avenger - and the rest is history). Jam packed with black humour and gore this is easily growing on me and becoming on of my favorites of the genre. Avoid if your easily offended or else check it out and enjoy the depravity.....

Yeh I was stoked to finally come across a copy of it. You don't tend to come across a lot of titles like this one over here.

this is a fave of mine,love the little plays they do with the girls,ie the shirley temple,ike and addly have to be the funniest fuckin hillbillys ever

A little help would be appreciated...

I always ever remember movies from a particular scene and this certainly rings a bell. Did this movie have a scene where one girl is helping the other one down. She's inside a sleeping back and the other girl is holding on to the strings, her hands are bleeding because one of the boys happens to be right under them...
