Friday the 13th on cable.

I have heard there is a show that is taken from the movies Friday the 13th. I don't have digital cable and I wondered if it was just on regular cable at any time. Thanks.

I havn't seen that show for about 10 years....from what I remember, they never had Jason in it...
It was more like the X-Files...but not as good....

That show was fuckin awesome! If it's on TV now it's probably on the horror channel but I haven't seen it for years. It was about a antique shop owner who made a deal with the devil to sell cursed objects. Each episode the guy's niece, nephew and old friend would track down another one of the satanic antiques (usually after it killed someone) and bring it back to the shop where they would lock them up in a specially "blessed" vault.

You can usualy find the entire series on DVD-R on ebay...but it's pretty expensive.

I remember this show as well. I know at one time they were showing it on Scifi.....but I am not sure if it still on the schedule or not. I liked it okay, myself. But it had nothing to do with the Friday the 13th films.

I remember this show very well. After I knew it had nothing to do with the Friday The 13th films and the series plot went down hill. I finally stopped watching it, because it didn't interest me anymore. X-Files was more better then this series. Sorry to all the fans of this series for my opinions.

Thisi show was one of my favorites as a kid. I used to watch it on Friday nights, along with Tales from the Darkside.

It was also on Sci-Fi back before that became the Stargate channel.

Watch for it on DVD. Worth a rental.
