Off the wall idea. Could this work?

So it is 5 oclock in the morning and i am hungry. so i heat up some frozen chicken nuggets. while theyre cooking i start looking for some ketchup and open the cupboard and see Pure Lemon Extract, so i unscrew the cap and take a whiff and it smells like pure alcohol with a hint of lemon. i look closely at the lable and see under ingredients it says: alcohol (87%).
so here is what i was wondering, if someone were to mx some of this in their lemonade would they get drunk.? Cause if so what a loophole;)
