can someone help me out with the name of a movie

I saw a movie once in the seventies when I was little and saw it once again in the early nineties. I don't know the name of it and it's driving me crazy. I think it may have been made for tv. It was a trilogy movie where the narrator claimed all the stories were true. The first segment is about a kind of nerdy boy that gets involved in a prank with some cool guys and gets killed. At his funeral, his mother curses the three guys and they get killed as her curse suggests. The second segment is about a farm family with a little boy and a dog. They find a hole in the ground with like smoke coming out. The dog gets lost in the hole and the father goes down to find the dog. He comes back crazy. The third segment is about a guy who meets a girl and later goes back to her house to call on her only to find she's been dead for some time. If anyone knows of this movie or what its called I would be so appreciative.
