Did someone watch the black and white german Faust?
I can't say it's a horror movie  but it does scare you in a way. I've seen it in german, though it was very old but it was wonderful and amazing. It can challenge those new movies.. I recommand it.

No, I haven't seen it, though I'm semi-familiar with the general Faustian pact story. Do you remember the title? I'd love to find it - I liuke black & white scary. :D

Great
I watched this film. I love it! B&W films have amazing atmosphere. Years ago people made the very good films.

Watched it in German class, read the play AND the book. It's a good story, but a better movie.

I think there are a few Faust movies Georges Melies made in 1897 Faust & Marguerite and The Damnation of Faust. Fritz Lang also made Faust in 1926.
