I used to tape stuff off of HBO and Cinemax also when I was a kid.... I think the first horror movie I actually bought was TCM or Friday the 13th....

Elm street part 3, i think. First horror film i ever saw that disturbed me was probably BRAIN DAMAGE at the tender age of 7!!!!!!! A pirate (bootleg) copy round my aunts house and my life was destroyed forever........i should sue.

damn i always rented when i was little cause my parents wouldnt by movies but think it was ghost town or clown house
loved those movies wish i could find it em on dvd since my vhs's broke

first horror movie i think was childs play but the first one i watched the whole way through was NOES. i had a babysitter when i was younger taht loved scary movies and i was afraid of them so when i would b there i would watcha lil and hide at scary parts so i didn't finish watching chuckie at all :D and now of course i love them

i think the first horror film i ever watched was troll. i don't remember if i managed to sit through the entire thing but that was my first encounter with the wonderful world of horror. to this day i still don't know what the hell that movie was about. oh welll, i guess i have some catching up to do.
