I saw it adverised in Bizzare magazine, which is a pretty good offbeat Brittish magazine!
I think its French and the tagline is ... Hearts will bleed Sounds promising, as the french do make a top movie now and then! Feral Cat

I think I did, but remind me what its about as I spend so much time watching obscure movies that I often forget titltes!
"The city of the lost children", is prob my fave french horror, that movie is just so beautifull to look at! Feral cat
