Yes, he did walk silly. He had a mustache and shoulder-length hair if I remember correctly.

I doubt it was Body Bags though. It was only 1 story, not a collection.

No...you have seemed to miss my point...when you said tall man talking about cheese, my first thoughts were Monty Python's cheese shop sketch.....hence the John Cleese gif.
