I thought this would be a fun thread :) What are your favorite horror films of 2000 to now, and which of those do you find the scariest? My list's below.

Favorite horror films since 2000... I seen quite a few, but probably not enough. There's a lot I saw that really didn't appeal to me at all.

Best:
The Ring (US)
Pan's Labyrinth

These I also enjoyed...
Cloverfield
Vacancy
The Others
Identity
The Caller
Cabin in the Woods
Shaun of the Dead

I absolutely LOVED Case 39, The Forth Kind, Last House on the Left and I surprisingly didn't mind the new Carrie

Dawn of the Dead (remake of course)
Cockneys vs. Zombies (I find British humor so entertaining)
Shawn of the Dead

I watched Pontypool for the first time last night. It was a great flick, with a super unique twist on zombie origins.

I also just finished watching The Returned and I found it to be really well done. It was definitely less zombie and more social stigma and societal breakdown. A must see for any zombie fan.
