			SCARECROWS 1988

After a 3 million dollar heist, a gang of robbers, who appear almost military-like, end up chasing down one of their own in a deserted, scarecrow infested farm/plantation/lodge??? I liked it. Nothing super but the scarecrows were pretty decent. Last edited by The Bloofer Lady; 05-29-2014 at 07:34 PM. Reason: wrong amount of money |

As mentioned, THE PROWLER not bad. You might want to check out NIGHTMARE (1981) AKA NIGHTMARE IN A DAMAGED BRAIN which is similar and even more grimy in spots than MANIAC. ------------------------------------- SHOCK WAVES (1977). While the premise sounds silly (underwater Nazi zombies), this is a pretty good little flick that is quite creepy. Peter Cushing and John Carradine also in here. ***1/2

Looks interesting. Found it online so I'm gonna watch it soon. If that's the one with the crazy flamethrower dude, I've seen it. Pretty good from what I remember. And speaking of flamethrowers, they don't use them enough in movies. |
