Hope everyone had a good holiday! My husband and I hosted both his family and my family and we decided to go super lazy and buy a pre-cooked meal from the super market. Best. Decision. Ever.
It was a good night. Still eating leftovers.

My nephew and his wife cooked. They did a lot better than they did last year. Everything was delicious! She made a mushroom gravy from scratch that was out of this world! AND, she gave me leftovers to take home! Woo hoo! Best holiday for me - no cooking, no cleanup, and I get leftovers!
