Searching for a hard to find title on DVD

I'm trying to find a movie which was rleased under two titles: "Bloodhead" or "The creature from the sunny side up trailer park." Director was Chris Copola.

I'm looking for a copy on DVD, if it is not English I would also want it to have subtititles. I know it was publisehd in German a few years back. However, I have been unable to find it anywhere.

If anyone can help me with this search I would really appreciate it.
