Alright, my 70's list is in.

That was pretty overwhelming. I ended up not voting for any by personal favorites because there would have been just too many.

I only voted for ones that I think meant the most to the genre historically, financially and just plain made the biggest significance to the genre today.

Big thanks to realdealblues, The Villain and Kandarian Demon for sending in their list of choices for the 70s in double-quick time.

The 50s will be up for debate as soon as the weekend starts. Better be ready to put your thinking caps on and hammer down the final 20 from the 50s!

Yeah...IMDB hasn't categorized it as Horror but I'm requesting to add 10 Rillington Place in the bunch.

I'll send my list within next 24 hrs. 70s seem lot easier to me than 50s & 60s:)

Me too - 70s is a lot easier for me than earlier decades. I probably could have done okay with 60s but I'll have to go back and read if I've missed my chance on that one. I'd like to participate in 70s if that's cool.

I was wondering, would it make sense to add Straw Dogs to the list? IMDB doesn't have it categorized as horror. Not sure if it's in my top 20 yet without listing them, but it might be if it were a candidate.

I should be able to finish this weekend.

I'd also like to vote for adding A Clockwork Orange to the list.

Agree, that's another worthy candidate but already sent my list though and I'm quite happy with that listing.

One of the reasons why Tony Curtis's The Boston Strangler didn't make the cut for the 60s.

All debatable entries for the horror genre. But I leave this open for discussion. If enough are in favor, they will be merged into the list.

BTW, thanks to fortunato and roshiq for turning their entries in for the 70s.
