I was a pre-teen in the 80's but yeah it was pretty great, then the 90's came along and the music was the big thing, Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Stone Temple Pilots.

I caught the tail end of it all (from '87 onwards). I always would read Fangoria and watch the cut (sometimes uncut) versions on TV. I'd love to go back in time and walk through a few of the horror sections in video shops I remember as a kid. Much better flicks than what lines the shelves these days.

Ah, you wouldn't have hated it had you been a white lower class teenager in the 90's. It was a really great time for music, you know, at least for me. I was pretty heavy into the punk scene back then too, but I liked old 70's and 80's punk slightly better than the 90's punk. The Industrial Rock and Metal scene made its mark on me heavily in the 90's too. Some of my best memories my man! :)
