anybody knows this movie?

Hey

I don't remember much details; but its worth a try!

its a movie about a group of people hiding in a big empty building (probably an old hospital)

from some gang who turns into creatures of some sort or something at night (i guess) and they eat other people

and i believe they are in world where they have run out of food or something

i am not sure but i think i remember the movie starting with two guys (one of them had a bow and arrow)
killing one of the "Creatures" and taking the girl (who was deaf or just doesn't speak much) with them to the building to protect her

and i remember the group of people had a leader (who's a doctor i guess) who got killed
by someone who was hiding with these people but wasn't one of them she actually
was one of the other people (the killers)


and i remember the killers break into the building
and start killing the people who were hiding there and took the girl (who doesn't speak much) and
lock here into some room and the guy with the bow and arrow saving her

and i remember there was a small girl hiding with the other girl (who doesn't speak much) in room
and one member of that gang was looking through a window but couldn't see them

PS: i would guess the movie was released somewhere between 2000-2010 not older than that

it is not the one i am referring to

the one i am referring to is a recent one
the building was in a city

the movie is kind of similar to "I Am Legend" and "28 days later"
an empty world and those people were survivors of something
